Sam's Club Bakery

Had a small order delivered today. I didn’t get the laundry detergent. Called corporate customer service and I was advised to contact my local club store. I have been calling them for hours. The phone just rings and rings. I’ve also called several other departments. Same result—the phone just rings. It’s irritating that my detergent wasn’t delivered but it’s even more irritating that I can’t get anyone to assist me! Time to go back to Costco!

Totally unsatisfactory shopping experience today. Waited nearly 30 minutes just to get out of the checkout line. Of course, then had to wait in another long line just to get out of the store with the items I've paid for. Just like our country right now, this NW Albuquerque Sam's Club suffers from poor leadership and management. Let's go Brandon.
