The place is a hit or miss which should never be a thing when you're looking to eat yummy. Last night they wanted to make ends meet by mixing some super old, hard, nasty tripitas with a few edible ones. Could have said you're out instead. The area is riddled with unhoused folks and it's not safe at all. Will find me a different taco spot sadly.

We recently had Sanchez cater our daughter’s wedding Sept 2025. The food was good but when we went to pay they raised the price that was previously quoted. 80 guests at $12 a plate. Then my husband asked the price at the end of the food serving and the price went up again. We didn’t know but over paid for the total and they were so dishonest. We also provided produce from a farm of onions, jalapeños and tomatoes to help. We are letting all know to beware of this dishonesty and how they take advantage of a wedding party chaos and situation when you are busy with guests. The amount quoted was raised at least $500. Sad that they would do this. Please be cautious.

This is the second time I’ve got tacos there and I’ve gotten sick and my husband idk if there not cleaning the tripas right or what but no pueno ! Do better this used to be my favorite spot not no more !

The worst presentation of an Elote Ever, it was Corn soup, with that nugget infused cheese i had to break apart with a FORK, (thanks for the fork for by corn soup) and to top it all off that Heavy Mayonnaise, and thats it, oh im sorry I forgot that little sliver of butter falling off the other side. No lime, chili powder, Valentina. Great service, thank you for extra Salse Verde x2 I think you need to give 2x salsa containers with 1 entree not just 1 and Limes would be nice, the new atmosphere is a plus inside gated. Much safer looking Atmosphere. Rating based solely on the Elote, Quesadillas were great as usual. Thank you.

Meat was properly seasoned but there was a lot of tendons and cartilage in it. The lettuce in the quesadilla gave an unauthentic taste along with the watered down salsa.

Very very good burrito. I would give it a 8/10. It consist of meat, rice, beans, cilantro & onions -as it should! If they improved their al pastor meat and if the asada was a bit more flavorful, it would be a 10/10 burrito. Way better than a lot of places nonetheless.
It has been our favorite place for years but unfortunately the quality decreases more and more we went shopping for dinner here at home and the tacos with very little meat and also with hair in my tacos 😡😡😡😡😡😧😧😧😧😧😧my husband He grabbed a tongue quesadilla and they barely showed him the meat 😧🥺We called the burrera and yes the man apologized but we still ran out of dinner 😧
