I was so excited to find a Sanchez Taco truck on the west side but I was highly disappointed. Service was so fast and I realize it’s because the tacos weren’t fresh. The meat was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. I’d rather drive to the east side or Bernalillo where they make your tacos fresh!
