The food was really bad, extremely salty. We ordered nachos and chicken wings..the nachos were just a tower or nachos with just a couple of pieces of beef and vegetables on top, the beef in particular was very very salty.The wings were so salty that we just couldn’t eat them.Not coming back anytime soon.

Bartenders were horrible. Didn't pay attention. Took my brother for his 60th birthday. Got our first drinks fine but then never got paid attention to after that. We were just having beers but couldn't get another round even trying to pay nobody cared. We gave up our seats at the bar standing waiting to pay the tab. Our bartender didn't pay attention another bartender look right at me I asked for our tab and he looked right past me like I didn't exist. Waited another 5 minutes til he relized he had new patrons. Horrible experience first time trying it out never will go back. Great atmosphere but staff isn't great.

We went here to watch a sporting event and this was our first time here. I know places are busy so we got there early. We were first told 30 minutes, then they changed it to an hour wait. We went over by the bar to hang out and wait. The bar tender was great but when we moved over to the counter where you can stand and have a drink, we were told a Waiter should come around if we wanted to order another drink. Well, that never happened, even though a ton of staff was standing around doing nothing. Then about an hour and a half later, we went to go check on our table, still nothing available. During halftime a couple of tables left so we waited and nothing, no call for a table. When we went to see what was going on, we were told that they were holding the table for them because they went to go gamble??!!!! It's a busy time, people are there to watch the game and eat and you save table's for people who want to gamble?? The Host at the front just said it's what we do and walked away and had no care in the world. This is probable the worse service we have had in a very, very long time. It is definitely a very nice sports bar....but because of the service, we will not be back!

If I can give a -100 I would I don't understand what people are thinking anymore when it comes to customer service! I went there to get some steak nachos because I was told they didn't have them in the restaurant and the other part of the Casino, so I ordered my food and I waited for about I would say 20 minutes! When I got my food I tasted it and let the server know that it was ice cold so she took it back and then they brought more food out this round was super salty like someone just poured salt all over the nachos exclamation point when I let her know what was going on she gave me a strange look which made me very uncomfortable it was almost like she was getting frustrated that I was letting her know that the food wasn't right so I asked for the manager she threw up her hands in the air and said I'll go get my manager exclamation point I said Thank you and I waited, then a lady approaches me that looks like she was just a regular server because she was just over there talking to a whole bunch of other servers giggling and laughing and having a good time nothing business about her at all. So I let her know what was going on and she said that she can have them remake it for me I told her what happened already and she said that if I wanted to take that chance to reorder it then it was totally up to me! And at first I didn't really pick up on what she said and as I was waiting for the food and looking at the people that work there how they were just giggling looking at me and how the so-called manager was talking to them and looking at me at the same time snickering I got so uncomfortable that I decided to do some investigating I looked in the kitchen and I saw that they were eating the first round of nachos that I had sent back but not the second round and then I observed the so-called manager Gathering receipts looking at me with a very strange look and then she looked at the other lady she was talking to which was supposed to be another server and then they just started laughing at me as soon as they saw that I was looking at them tell me that means that that's something that they're up to I didn't feel comfortable I didn't want to stay so I went and asked for the general manager the lady at the front desk tell me that she was not there for the night and she will be back in the morning she gave me her card and I called her and left a message cuz she did not answer I still have not heard from anybody regarding this matter exclamation point needless to say I won't be spending my money there ever again! These people are so unprofessional and I wouldn't even trust them to make my dog food I think that they were trying to do something to my food and hurt my body in some kind of way and to me that's evil they don't need to be working with people if they can't handle them letting them know the truth about their food not being right I have every right to ask for my food to taste the way it's supposed to taste since I am paying for it exclamation point I won't be going back to this casino ever again!

Drink policy is two drinks first hour, one drink per hour after that. I came from Phoenix thirsty to watch the game. 6’5 and 275lbs. Two long neck bottles down in 5 min to start. “I’m sorry, but we can not serve you any more alcohol sir…” REALLY? I UBERed here to watch the game. Let me drink responsibly.

First time here, our bartender took my drink order but not my boyfriends,and when she brought me my beer the glass was dirty and had lipstick all over it ? ordered the nachos, for $20 a plate they are absolutely not worth it, lipstick a pile of chips with Velveeta cheese on top, Pico and mid steak. The atmosphere itself is really pretty just wish the food and service was better...

Just went to Sandia casinos sport bar up on the 3rd floor. I have to say the place is beautiful and we had an excellent lunch with friends. All the dishes were under $16ea and super delicious. Burgers were smashed style, cooked perfect and that flame grilled flavor.The casino floor was decorated beautifully and great view of the Sandia mountains. So kudos to them.
