From Clovis and visit Burque often. We visit more talked of breakfast spots when in town, but this little gem stood out from the corner and we decided to stop by and we were more than satisfied. Kind service, delicious authentic New Mexican flavors and family centered atmosphere. Shop small shop local, Santiago's is one of a kind.

Hidden gem! Family-owned with amazing food, friendly service, and great prices. It feels like eating at your grandparents’ house—if your grandparents were chefs. The biscuits and gravy are incredible, and their carne adobada is one of the best in town.

I ordered a green chile burger with fries and it came out pretty fast and fresh! Very well seasoned both the fries and burger. Chile was mild but other that 10/10 with great customer service
New to the area and it's one of the best places. So far everything I've ordered was awesome, my personal favorite is their huevos rancheros. Only downside is the owner is really vocal about politics with some other customers. Even though I agree with him I definitely can't bring my parents in so we'll have to stick to our original after church spot for now.

The food is fantastic. Their burger combos are really filling and the green chile is awesome. Their sopapillas are made fresh and definitely hot! It seems like a cozy place but I think I will start getting take out. The first time my friend and I went there was an employee taking a nap at one of the tables. Nothing wrong with taking a break but it was a bit akward. Last time the same employee was speaking with customers about his personal politics and made my boyfriend and I slightly uncomfortable. Again, there is nothing wrong with your own opinions but we were just trying to enjoy our breakfast. The rest of the staff was super friendly and the food is fantastic so we will just have a picnic at the park next time!

Nice enough folks. The cheese in my enchiladas wasn't melted at all. Not sure if that's just how they do things around there, but usually the cheese in enchiladas is melted in most places where I have eaten enchiladas.
