There’s a good reason this family owned local favorite has been open for nearly 40 years. And they only need to be open 8am-2pm because they do New Mexican breakfast and lunch just right. Recommend any of their breakfast burritos- either hand-held or better yet, smothered. Baby burrito or pancakes (to share) for the kiddos.

Wonderful!! I stopped in not realizing they were closed but they offered to fire up the grill and fix me some food. I declined but bought chili sauce only. I will continue to support their restaurant and send friends and family to eat there.

SO GOOD!! I have been coming here for the 25+ years and still say there food is the best in town, I can't get enough of there frybread plate my mouthy is watering, got to go right now!!!
I've been trying as many Green Chile Cheeseburgers as I can, and Santiago's was top notch. The patty was juicy and seasoned, the bun was pillowy, and the green chile pieces were big and had a great smoky flavor. I enjoyed the way the diced onions, chopped lettuce, pickles and tomato all came together as well. Everything was really fresh.
The friendly family that greets you as soon as you walk in and makes you feel welcome all adds to the whole experience. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying the rest of the menu.

The stand out part though was the truthfulness of the staff when making a phone order, she said 40 min, probably thinking I would cancel. No worries at all! That means your food is great and worth the wait. Too many times does a place say 15 min no matter what even though they know it's gonna be 40.

Service was wonderful. Friendly staff. I ordered the gravy stack. It was delicious!! The other person in our party ordered the cheeseburger and really enjoyed that as well. We'll definitely be back!!
