We chose Saratori's Italian Pastry Shop for our wedding cake, and we couldn’t have been happier! We started with an in-house cake tasting, which I highly recommend – every option was so delicious, it was hard to choose just one. For our two-tier cake, we decided on Italian cream cake for one layer and almond cake with apricot filling for the other. Both were absolutely to die for! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious the cake was. Saratori's even offers a complimentary cake for our one-year anniversary, which is such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for the stunning and scrumptious cake that made our day even more special!

I ordered a cake for my mother’s 70th while we were in town for the balloon festival. I missed the pickup time of 4pm Saturday afternoon (we had several engagements being from out of town) and when I called Saturday evening to apologize and see if I could do a work around to get it later, I didn’t hear back from them until Tuesday, when we had already left town. So be aware they don’t check messages. They hadn’t even heard my message, they were just calling about the cake three days later, to see if I still was coming.
They also didn’t tell me that the cake they suggested was specialty and $30 more than what I was expecting from the website pricing lists that go by inches. I was told the total after they took my card and when I finally got to speak with them about it, (I had planned to when picking up), there was no compensation made and they said they explained the pricing, which they hadn’t.
When I said as such and defeatedly told the girl on the phone I would just leave a review to let others know and to have a good day, she hung up on me.
I order cakes from bakeries all over for birthdays as I have a large family, and this is the worst experience I’ve had in customer service.

My wife and I found this place by chance and we are so glad we did. Sarah (founder’s granddaughter) helped us with purchasing a pastry and was absolutely pleasant and spent time chatting with us and even gave us a free jar of their sauce to try. If you are looking for pastries, pasta, meats this is the place. I promise you will leave loving it.

Picked up some sfogliatelle pastry yesterday and the filling was all dried up & tasteless. Perhaps they were days old? Disappointed because this was going to be my birthday treat ?

Beautiful baby reveal! I found out I was about to be a grandmother for the 8th time, and my daughter was expecting my 2nd granddaughter. I was so overjoyed I cried! Needed to quickly order the reveal cake so her parents would know they are being blessed with a precious lil girl this time around. I ordered sorta late, but Sarah was awesome and so excited for our family. The baker was about to leave but she asked him to stay to confirm our order would be possible. He said “YES”! Thank you Saratori’s Pastry/Bakery so much the cake was perfect our family is blessed! ?

The wedding cookies were fantastic, 10/10!! The lemon ricotta is a must try. We purchased the dozen and tried several different kinds. They were all delicious. The Cannoli was so creamy and wonderful.

Based on the reviews, I wanted to try this bakery and I got a cake. The design of the cake was appealing but the cake itself is nothing but sugar! It was so sweet that I could not eat it. Any other market (Walmart, Whole Foods, Smith's etc.) cakes are much better than this.
