I never leave reviews, but I wanted to shout out the gracefulness of service. My boyfriend ordered a coffee that he immediately didn't like but was too shy to ask for a new one. He only had a sip but still felt bad. I went up and asked if we could get a new coffee, different flavor, and the lady at the front was kind and accommodating. I appreciated that she said no problem and made a new coffee right away. It really made our experience a positive one.I loved my drip coffee by the way! Smooth and great flavor.

Best coffee!! My dad said it’s even better than Starbucks! Super affordable coffee for how good it is, one of my new favorites.

Each visit, I’m greeted by the familiar, comforting aroma of expertly brewed coffee, but it’s their London Fog that steals the show. As part of my never ending quest to find the best London Fog in Albuquerque, this one consistently brings me back after each disappointment. The Artichoke and Havarti melt at Satellite Coffee is also simply to ‘melt’ for - a cheesy delight that never disappoints. While it comes with chips, which aren’t my first choice for a side, the sandwich itself is so delicious, I’m happy to overlook that. It’s become my other must-have on my frequent visits there.

Always a good experience, and baristas are very friendly.

Disappointed with our meal last night. The wife was wanting fish n chips and found satellite had a dish with regular tartar sauce which is what she wanted. I opted for the green chile cheeseburger as that's one of my faves and chose onion rings. Unfortunately we both did not like our dishes. The chile on my burger tho was a good amount of chopped chile did not do it for me not spicy. The burger itself was a thinner patty was crispy on the outside almost well done but pink on the inside, was not very good in my opinion. The onion rings didn't seem fried/cooked long enough. And one piece of lettuce with a good amount of the stalk sticking out? Why not cut it off? The wife didn't care for the fish n chips. The fries that came with it seemed like they had been laying around, not up to temp and stale taste I had one and can confirm. The tartar was pretty bland. The best thing of both dishes may have been the Cole slaw. There was good portion of fish I believe it was cod, was decent but nothing to rave about. This was the first time we had dinner here and don't believe we will back. The breakfasts seems alot better.

I stopped in for a coffee and a blueberry scone. The coffee is probably the best coffee I have had in Albuquerque. The servers are friendly and the place is clean. The ambiance here is what you would expect from a coffeehouse.

Very nice service, ambience and good quality coffee. Love it when places offer slightly healthier nondairy milks (coconut, hemp, macadamia) but otherwise wonderful.

This place deserves 6 starts instead of 5. Everyone who works there is really nice and passionate. I love their Caramel Dulce. Every single time I drive by, I have to stop for an iced coffee.

Customer service, customer service, customer service. Come on, how hard is it to acknowledge your guests. We approached the register, the employee just stood there. Then she got frustrated and asked us if we were going to order?? we were waiting to be greeted and acknowledged....the burritos are nasty, coffee was good, service was non existing and we will never go back.Pro tip, remove the giant obstacles blocking employees' view of the door, train employees to greet the folks who make their job possible...? jeez how this once great spot has gone down, train the staff better and care more about them.
