Atmosphere is shared in the mall this place is gross the food being bad can be fixed but the service is trash as well it's like this franchise doesn't give a shit about how their business is viewed it like they don't want to hire folks that know how to work and work in food!! Very important but again this company at least in ABQ is a waste of your time and money for subpar food and service that is so nonexistent you'll wonder if this place even turns a profit! Someone should buy it out and run it right!!

The past 2 months ive gone three to 4 times and since i believe me management has taken over the store service has been wonderful. Food has been great fresh whoever was running it in February, January. Thankfully you fired them or wherever happened to them. They need to be fired but whoever you guys decided either to promote or hire was the best choice for the restaurant

This was the worst experience i have ever had at sbarro. I normally get the baked ziti because i love it and i placed an order for it around 1:30 and didnât receive it until 2:35 when the pickup was 2:15. Me and my partner stood there for 7+ minutes just to be talked to and ended up having to wait in the line just for the pickup. we sat there watching the workers ignore us when the only question i had was if i needed to get a refund or how much longer it was going to take. Carlos the cashier then had the audacity to walk away from us as soon as we got to the register to help the guy behind us. itâs simply rude and unprofessional. he then told his manager that we were being rude when me and my partner didnât say anything the whole time other than that we had a pickup and we placed it way earlier than what it was. The manager helped us and was very quick with the one question i had and we ended up getting our food but for the cashier to treat us like that is outrageous when we hadnât said one thing until we started getting ignored.

Our order proceeded to check out and he only had one when I had asked for two spaghetti meals was super slow in getting our food did not offer napkins or utensils and as for the spaghetti, Most of the spaghetti was raw or cold and stiff and just came with a lot of water. also found a random mushroom in my spaghetti?? the meal for just one is 10.99 each how did my total come out for $32??

Sbarros is my favorite pizza. Went to the mall to specifically get a pizza from here. I went in at 4 ordered 1 large pizza the worker said âoh we canât do that we close at 6â I was like ok itâs 4. They still wouldnât let me get a full pizza I had to just get 4 slices which cost me the same as a whole pizza. So that pissed me off. This is the second time this has happened. then another time when I was actually able to get a whole pizza the kid tried to charge me per slice. Itâs the same kids every time too.

Use to love this place for the spinach Stromboli, but guys you know already what you have done to it. From a big size went to a tiny little wrap and itâs not cause employees do it like that, they probably make them do it that small. So sorry that will be my last time eating there cause for that price I can get a bigger plate somewhere else
