One of my favorite sandwich places EVER! Love their sourdough bread. Been enjoying their turkey sandwich since 1984!!!!
I ordered three classics and I waited 20mins. There was no one in front of me. The girl Here kind of tossed the bag at me.
While I enjoy this restaurant and its food quite a bit, I have had so many instances of the staff not being kind or friendly in any way. It is as if I am an inconvenience for coming to get some lunch. Probably will rethink coming here in the future. It’s just happened too many times
Food is amazing but definitely pricey. Wait time to order and get your food is ridiculous no matter when you go or if you place an order ahead of time.
It's been years since I had a Schlotzsky's. A great sandwich.
Always delightful
This is the 2nd time in a row I've received poor service from this schlotzsky's the last time I ordered a sandwich with avocado and did not receive it and I ordered avocado on a sandwich this time and once again did not receive avocado which is ridiculous when you are PAYING 4 dollars extra for it, asked for pickles didn't get any. I used to love schlotzsky's food but I will not be going back
It took a while for someone to come to the register. Food did come out quickly, but the tea containers need to be cleaned because the tea tastes horrible. The sandwiches could have been better. The employees act like children on a playground. They yell and scream in the back with a restaurant full of people. The dining room needed to be cleaned.
There are no Schlotzsky's anywhere close to where I live, so visiting one while in New Mexico is always a treat! This location, on San Mateo in Albuquerque, has never failed to disappoint! The employees were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I was torn between two different turkey sandwiches, so I asked the lady taking our order which one she would choose if she had to, and went with her recommendation, the Avocado Turkey, and was very happy I went with it! The sourdough bun, which is pretty much the reason I have loved Schlotzsky's over the years, was perfectly warmed and so ridiculously tender, it seemed like it had just been pulled from the oven! Additionally, the turkey was outstanding and piled so high it was practically falling out of the bun! I will never complain about that! My sandwich, and that of the other person I was with, were outstanding and well worth every penny! The third person with us ordered broccoli and cheese soup and was very happy with it! All in all, great employees, clean and well maintained lobby, and delicious and fantastic food, I absolutely recommend this location, and will definitely be returning several times during our visit to Albuquerque!
This place is delish!

After posting my original review below, the owner reached out to me and refunded the price of my sandwich. Everyone makes mistakes, but if they put them right, I’m loyal to that business for standing by their products. I’ll definitely return!
Ordered To Go, asked for sandwich with only cheese and meat. Got home to find bun saggy with mustard. Called to complain and they have a message saying you can’t talk or leave a message. Infuriating.
Great place from what I remember. Some idiot from The Great Academy keeps running me off cause he doesn't like me parking here. It sucks the owner has lost years of revenue.
Great place for a good sandwich. Nice clean classy place with a Cinabon Pastry Shop located inside. Has a drive thru and plenty of parking. It's inside a strip mall so not so noticeable from San Mateo.
Everything was good. Pizza cheese was still a little bit in the center of pizza, but it still tasted like i remembered.
Always good food
Great sandwiches , pizza is awesome, too!
