We love Schlotzskys, but this store was disappointing. The sandwiches were bland and not like most others we have had.

First off if im paying more then 10 dollars for a sandwich alone it better be the best sandwich ever. IT WAS NOT! the bread was soggy and seemed that it wasn't even cooked properly. Second why would there we a 4$ up charge to switch from beef to turkey ridiculous. I will not return and that majes me sas because this was one of my most favorite places to eat. Also I fid mot order a salad why was there so much lettuce.

I ordered the regular original and the face of the bun was not toasted well which makes all the difference in the sandwich. The one on Menaul which is closed now made the best. Come on people make it right.

Overall I was very pleased with this sandwich shop when my son and I visited several weeks ago. Apparently this is the last remaining schlotzsky's location in Albuquerque! I really enjoyed the cobb salad, it was huge and the soup went very well with it. I think any of their prepared salads and the soup of the day would be a great combo. The interior of the store look like it had been newly remodeled. Very clean kitchen and friendly staff.

Ordered 3 sandwiches this evening. The sandwiches were no where near what they used to be. The bread was soggy and breaking apart on all three sandwiches. Not worth $50.00. Too bad your quality has gone down. Not worth referring someone there.
The drive thru person was pretty rude. I ordered a French dip and they didnt give me the soup that goes with it. If tou do go here double check your order and be prepared for rude customer service

Food is always good, but turn your ac on. It’s like eating inside a furnace. And who is this obnoxious little employee sitting by the front counter distracting other staff with his loud voice and hat backwards that I’ve had to listen to throughout my lunch.
I ordered online went for my order a little bit later to my suprise i was missing some items. Ive tried calling the store several time and no answer or i get placed on hold for and extended time.

One of my favorite sandwich places EVER! Love their sourdough bread. Been enjoying their turkey sandwich since 1984!!!!
I ordered three classics and I waited 20mins. There was no one in front of me. The girl Here kind of tossed the bag at me.
While I enjoy this restaurant and its food quite a bit, I have had so many instances of the staff not being kind or friendly in any way. It is as if I am an inconvenience for coming to get some lunch. Probably will rethink coming here in the future. It’s just happened too many times
