I ordered online went for my order a little bit later to my suprise i was missing some items. Ive tried calling the store several time and no answer or i get placed on hold for and extended time.

It took a while for someone to come to the register. Food did come out quickly, but the tea containers need to be cleaned because the tea tastes horrible. The sandwiches could have been better. The employees act like children on a playground. They yell and scream in the back with a restaurant full of people. The dining room needed to be cleaned.

There are no Schlotzsky's anywhere close to where I live, so visiting one while in New Mexico is always a treat! This location, on San Mateo in Albuquerque, has never failed to disappoint! The employees were very polite, friendly, and helpful. I was torn between two different turkey sandwiches, so I asked the lady taking our order which one she would choose if she had to, and went with her recommendation, the Avocado Turkey, and was very happy I went with it!
