We are still struggling to understand how we missed the restaurant for the last 5-years. This is a culinary delight with a varied menu, exceptional food, excellent flavor pairings and delightful service. Now that we know Seared Bistro, we can't wait to return!
Everything we got was absolutely amazing!
Excellent food, drinks, and service. Out server Roman was great!
Seared is a small locally owned business. They have a regular menu and rotate specials all the time. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic.
A memorable meal. Our favorite in Albuquerque. Our server Christopher made the experience amazing and recommended the best wine and dessert. We loved the bone marrow and everything we had was delicious.
Food was excellent, portions were good. “The Farm” was lamb, duck, and elk that night and was the really good. The main area was pretty loud, but we were seated through the bar entrance which was much quieter and intimate. The waiter was pretty funny and we enjoyed our experience. Would certainly go back!
We were looking for a restaurant for our anniversary and stumbled across Seared Bistr How much did we spent so much?o.
It was exactly what we were looking for. The ambiance and food did not disappoint. Roman our waiter was amazing! Ask for his section you will not be disappointed!
An elevated culinary experience.
Highly recommend. Jacob the bartender was a total delight. Thank you for such a pleasant dining experience.
Went for the beef Wellington special they have every last weekend of the month. It was totally worth the trip. We also got the stuffed squash blossoms appetizer and 14 oz cowboy ribeye served with a marrow bone. Which were all delicious. For dessert we chose the deconstructed pecan cobbler, which in my opinion was not that good. The texture of the pecans seemed wrong, like they were raw and soaked in bourbon.
Roman was friendly. The atmosphere was lively. The food was rich and a bit on the heavy side. Flavor was on point.

Great food and service. Place has a good vibe
Desperately needed sound proofing. Very loud.
This is my second time here! I forgot to take photos because everything came out looking so good. I just love everything here from the salad with green chile ranch, the goat cheese, the short ribs, the filet, everything! Jacob, our server, was so amazing as well! I love this place so much and will definitely be back. He even brought out ice cream for a birthday. The old fashions were great too
Update: I’ve been going back each week. every person in there is just so awesome. I’m in love with the ribs and how the meat just peels off and so tender. The crostini is so good as well
The service was great and the food was very good.
