The cinnamon twists were delicious. Had the fettuccine chicken Alfredo with munistrone soup and garlic bread. Plenty of food and super good. It was the lunch special so it was 10.00!

The lady at the front, pretty sure her name’s Jazz, was awesome. Super nice, really helpful, and just made everything easy. You can tell she keeps the place running smooth. Sergio’s feels like a good spot because of her.

Very unfriendly faces; nobody welcomed me in. It took several minutes for somebody to walk up and help me at the cash register. It was my first time visiting today. The first impression was awful. The food was absolutely delicious, but the customer service needs improvement. Thanks so much.

I absolutely loved this place I have gone almost every week since I found out about and have encouraged all my friends, family, and co workers to go check them out. I have never tried a item they sell that I wasn't completely in love with on the 1st bite.

However yesterday 10-14-2025 I had placed an order over the phone and when I went to pick it up the woman at the cashiers desk said she recognized me from last week amd I needed to pay her for last week's food as well. I told I know I paid and asked if my credit card declined why she didn't tell me that day so I could give her a different form of payment at that time .but that I I told her I was not going to trade trauma stories with her and that I would just like to have the food I paid for and to leave. She angrily went and got my order and put my cookies in a bag with them. She insisted on ringing up the cookies separate from the meal so she gave me $10 and some change back and I gave it back to her to pay for my meal which came out to a little more that $8 , she then accused me again of not giving her the right amount of money. I asked her if there were cameras that could show that I was giving her the correct amount. She just rolled her eyes and threw the bag of food at me. She did not give me my drink that comes with the meal. Another lovely young lady gave me drink. I said thank you and the other lady yelled if you comeback let them know I refuse to serve you . I shook my head and kept walking.

Today I called to try to rectify tge situation
. and she answered the phone again and yelled again that she is the owner/manager and that her team has decided I'm not allowed to dine there anymore even though I told her I have physical proof on my bank statement that shows I paid. She sounds very disrespectful disorganized and just plain mean.

It is not okay to treat a loyal customer like this. I will now be putting in a formal complaint to the better business bureau. Since this person doesnt want to speak to me in a calm rational matter.

We LOVE Sergio’s. I remember when only one side of the business was being used, long before the kitchen opened. Our recent visits haven’t been what we’ve always experienced. Women in the front are standoffish and not friendly. My son has Autism and has a minor speech delay, we always advocate for him to order for himself. Previously, everyone has been welcoming to him and patient when he’s ordering. Now, the woman with the bandana and glasses is clearly bothered by him. She rushes him. Looks at me with no heart to her as if he’s an inconvenience for her day. He orders the same thing every time we come in. It made me disappointed to know one of our favorite places is no longer a safe place.

Update: it doesn’t allow me to reply to you directly but thank you for responding. I don’t have Facebook but when I called and asked your staff what was the best time to call you or if I could please get your email, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted with attitude. I let them know I left a review and wanted to touch base. Her response was “What about Facebook?! What does that mean?” Clearly she didn’t listen to anything I said. She asked to take my name and number but at that point I didn’t even feel comfortable giving it to her due to her being so passive aggressive. It sounded like the same woman who helped us last visit. I told her that I would just respond to you here and she said “yeah, that’s best” and hung up the phone.

Update 10/15: Emailed you weeks ago to the email you provided. Sad not to hear back.

Came for Thursday night football. Definitely not disappointed, I think this is the best pizza I've ever had. Sooo cheesy and delicious. My 6 year old ate so good and she can be picky. The staff were so nice and friendly. Can't wait to come back and try other food. Thank you for a wonderful night out with the family.

I adore this place, great donuts, great bakery, my personal favorite is the orange doughnut. But the lady who did our order for the bakery was nice but also rude, there wasn't anyone (max like 1 other person) at the time we went in. and we were trying to look and get what we wanted and she was rushing us like it was so busy when it wasn't. and she was asking how many things we wanted and we were still figuring out what we wanted because theres a lot of stuff. Safe to say my mom is overwhelmed because of the rushing for no reason, that lady had no patience. But also again great bakery, I love it, haven't had many bad experiences with this place except for this one

I visited this place for the first time around 7:30 AM to grab some doughnuts. The lady was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. It’s a family-owned business that has been around for 50 years! They’ve managed to keep their prices as old-fashioned as ever. A half dozen doughnuts cost $6, and a dozen cost $12. They also offer custom cakes! That’s really cool! 🍩👏
