Hi THIS IS WHAT I ORDERED AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT I had done a door dash and idk why every store doesn’t take door dash orders at the same level of care when you get them in person the fact that this store didn’t have a phone number on there sites shows how much they care about the customer that they don’t want to here feed back about there store I Order 4 drinks and only 1 was correct my taro shouldn’t come with the jelly and the happy QQ is missing they gave me 2 that are the same one incorrect and one random have no idea what it taste like here proof of my order and pictures of the drinks I’m not trying to get a credit I just want you to coach your staff and explain to them how places go out of business

We love this place! Being able to customize drinks to the extent you can is really nice too!

Best drink yet! My husband and I got the Mango Ice Blended with Ice cream and added Boba and Creme. I would give credit to the 2 Guys behind the counter. They made it really quick! The drink was delicious! I would recommend this drink to anyone coming to this boba spot! Way to go ShareTea!

Never have I been compelled to review a business this dysfunctional until now. The staff was RUDE and the place was utterly filthy. I order my pepperoni pizza cut into 8ths on half and 16ths on the other half, and It was only sliced four ways even. They too forgot I only wanted olives on ONE SIDE I HATE OLIVES!!!!!!! 🤮 Not to mention also forgetting my large MTN DEW and Side Wings. I have to spend time taking filthy olives off, Wife is only getting fatter and now my kids wont be eating tonight... Thank you for NOTHING... SMH 👎👎👎

Hi, this place was amazing! My friends and I just landed from Chicago and were thirsty. ShareTea popped up on my suggested boba place so we went there. The guy behind the counter recommended us the Taro Ice Blended with Yellow Pudding and Mango Passion Freeze with bursting boba. We each got 2 of the Taros and 3 of the Mango Passion Freezes. The guy was all by himself. He made all 5 drinks very quickly! Service is immaculate and impressive. By the taste of all 5, it was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! Definitely will return before going back to Chicago to grab a sip.

Sharetea is easily one of the best spots for boba! The drinks are always delicious, with tons of flavors to choose from. The boba pearls are perfectly chewy, and the sweetness level is always spot on. Whether you go for a classic milk tea or something more unique, you can’t go wrong. Plus, the staff is super friendly and always ready to help you find your next favorite drink. Definitely a go-to for any boba lover!

Once an Employee, Never again. The Manager will scalp the entirety of tips no matter the amount, tip in cash. Management here is a greedy, uncommunicative disaster. Support the employees and respect the space. Employee turnover happens at an alarmingly fast rate, your bobarista is likely always new.

I stopped in because my little one needed to use the restroom. The staff was amazing and kind we got a strawberry drink with the leechy jelly my daughter absolutely loved it and I did too. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu the staff makes this place truly five star.
