The mango green milk tea is my usual, soo good. But once they forgot to add the creamer?? So it wasn’t even milk tea..Today I tried the salted caramel black tea popcorn creama, but there was no creama in it?? Maybe they don’t have the popcorn creama anymore but this was disappointing.. didn’t even drink it

My favorite boba tea place. The QQ Happy Family is their house milk tea with a little of a bunch of add-ins, so if you like a mix of textures, try that one!

Me and my daughter loved our drinks. The Thai Tea Ice Blended with pearl was amazing. They give you a sweetness option and I had picked 100 percent. It was very sweet but excellent. I would probably just go a level lower next time. The gentleman at the counter was very nice. I asked what the QQ Happy Family contained. I was told it's a mix of everything. Would have been nice to have a better description. The prices are very reasonable as well. Will try the Taro with pudding next time. Would probably try the QQ if I new what it was.

I found out the tip money when using a card does not go to employees!!!!!! OMG!! Card only No Cash. The cash tip jar is there, but I really don't think the workers are getting their tips. That tip money adds up fast...

Iv never tried this place before and they were super busy because of it being Halloween but I received awesome service from Mei and Tamera. Those two were knocking out drinks and getting the customers on their happy way. My mango drink was delicious, compliments to Mei for the recommendation. I will be coming back with my family next time ?

Grossest. Drinks. Ever. Got the taro ice with boba & the passion fruit, orange, grapefruit drinks. Neither would come up the straws because the boba was in giant globs stuck together. Some as big as a can of soda......

Each time I come here I order something new and more often than not I am disappointed. I think I am finally ready to accept defeat after being supremely disappointed by the match, which is pretty flavorless. If I returned I wouldn't stray past the milk teas, which are generally a safe bet wherever.
