The food and beverages are insanely and grossly overpriced. $20 for a burger & fries. $7 for a medium soft drink. The food however is good. But charging $7.00 for what amounts to a "medium" size drink anywhere else and not even offer free refills? AYFKM?

Painfully limited menu with outrageous prices. My friend and I opted for the fish and chips,( that’s house made potato chips, dark brown, tasteless, not crispy or even salty. ) they charge about $8 for actual French fries, but we declined. The fish had clearly been microwaved, was the weird frozen rectangular kind and was not house made. Really expensive but lousy food. Eat before you go at some place you actually know you like. We will if we ever come back.

I’m not one usually one to leave bad reviews, but they forgot our food, and after a long wait the manager was rude when I came to check on it. I was told we’d have to wait for the rest of the orders to be filled before they could make ours, which makes no sense to me. The food we did receive was not worth the price. It was fun to eat next to the fish tank though, and my kids loved watching the sting rays and fish and turtles during our long wait for our food.
Manager on duty was extremely rude today. They lost our order and when we asked them to make it again she acted like we were in the wrong and was rude to our face.

Awful customer service. Later we wanted to complain to a manager and the other staff told us the lady that was ugly with us was the manager. So disappointing.
