Horrible customer service. Staff was rude and not helpful … pizza was cold because staff left it sitting there. Will never go back . Two thumbs down

Mitch and Jazzy are very kind and exceptional at customer service and excel in friendliness. I will be coming back, for the calzone as well!

Very gooey and cheesy and again the service is impeccable if I didn't already mention.

The pizza crust is top notch, and two different specialty doughs for each unique product is also brilliant and tasty!

The ranch is the best I've had and the pizza is simple yet extremely delicious and also affordable!

I really enjoyed going for lunch and having a large pesto slice with their house brew was fantastic! Waitress was courteous and efficient.

The food at Slice Parlor is incredible! The pizza, calzones and salads taste so good. The dough used for the crusts is divine - taste and texture. The dining room is always packed when I go in indicating it is well-loved. I usually get takeout. The name Slice Parlor is plain and doesn't do it justice. The food is anything but plain.

Vegetarian options: The nice thing about Italian, pizzas and calzones, is that you choose the ingredients.

Parking: The lot is narrow but sufficient so you might need to walk to get to the front door. There are lots of patrons of the restaurant and the brewery next door so parking in the secondary parking lot in the back is often necessary and it's a little bit of an incline.

This place is pretty awesome! I went last night and had such a great experience, I had to write a review. What makes this place awesome is, not only the food, but the people who work here. Lets start off with the food. I typically get the garlic knots. These things are amazing. They are slathered in garlic butter awesomeness and come with marinara to dunk them in. But how about the pizza? This is probably one one my favorite pizza spots in the 505. The crust is always perfectly cooked, right amount of sauce and toppings. Plus they have everything you coupld possibly want to sprinkIe on top of your pizza right at the table, including pepper flakes, cheese, garlic power, oregano... everything! I always order a side of ranch to sprinkle on top of my pizza and it's like magic. Even though I usually get it all over my beard, its worth every bite. Want to know what else is magic? The staff! I always sit in Mitch's section. This striking gent always takes great care of me when I go in. He is very friendly, personable, and has an incredible personality. He always manages to make me smile every time I go in - no matter how long my day has been. Needless to say, his customer service is a solid 10. He recommend the pesto ranch to try with my pizza... next time I will. Thanks Slice Parlor for the great food and great team you have working there!

Service was okay you can drinks quick but as afar as food good luck, Mitch is not a good server order a pizza waited 1hr before finding out it was never put in. Paid for drinks and that all. He offer a discount but was not worth the wait. This place is nice but server did not meet my expectation, this was my first time being at this place and not up to my expansion. Getting drinks is easy but food is a wait. If your wanting drinks great but food and adult brevage good luck. Food and drink wise this place is not good. I left disappointed without food watched as other people got there food, I paid for my drinks and left I'll only go back if they improve on customer service. As far as atmosphere is was great. As far as food servicer I gotta say was very poor we got drinks quick but food is another question. One star for this location until they improve on there food service. First time being at this location.

Parking: They have covered parking space available.

Omg! Where's my ? pizza !? Been almost an hour. Would not recommend. Can't rate food because it's not here. Here, a family of 5 arrived 15 minutes after they got their food. We'll mitch said he save the order but didn't place it. Hope your visit with your friends was wort than customer service. It was my first visit to this establishment, I was expecting to give a 5 star . Instead 1 star ? .

This place was a one stop shop when I was visiting the area, I was drunk and did a pick up order for a sausage calzone, halfway done with my calzone, sitting in marble brewing I didn’t realized because I was drunk that they gave me a Spinach and basil. Granted I was drunk and the food was soo good I just brushed it off as simple mistake and ate away.

I ordered an 18” pepperoni and sausage pizza for pick up. When I got home it was much smaller than the 18” box. It measured 16” and had 2” of crust on either side. Really it was a 12” pizza for an 18” price. I’ve noticed some other local pizza restaurants making their pizzas a bit smaller than they advertise them as. Beyond the size the bottom was under cooked. I am from NY and feel like I know what qualities pizza should have. Not the first time I’ve been to Slice Parlor but this time was disappointing to say the least.

- We were there 50 mins before we got pizza. We picked a pizza place because we wanted something quick. Our plans for that evening were hijacked because we had to stay there so long.
- Manager (I assume) offered us free dessert for the wait, he brought us a cannoli, but then our waitress charged us for it... not cool.
- We had to wait forever to get our check so we just went inside for it.
- At this point, I was so over being there, I didn't want to fuss with the check anymore, I just wanted to *leave.*
- She didn't ask if we wanted a split check, just assumed that the guy would pay... super 1950's, not cool.
- So we didn't get to split the check, we had to pay for the apology cannoli, and we had to go get the check ourselves.
- Everything there was super difficult.
- I personally won't be going back. Not a good experience.
- And the cannoli we were tricked into buying wasn't even good. They use the cheapest chocolate chips that taste like plastic.
