Slice Parlor - Nob HIll

NY style pizza that is probably the best pizza you'll get in New Mexico, spoken by the person who grew up in New York. Server was Extremely nice and attentive. She greeted and accommodated everyone. It was fascinating to watch. Mammal pizza was decent, but the cheese pizza was a bit too burnt with very little sauce. IPA's on tap were trippy, i tried lroject Grut or whatever it's called and it Hit me!

Parking: Street parking is free after 6pm, that's how it used to be in houston until they made it until 2am.

Had to come try the $7.99 slice and salad deal!?‍↕️I got the salad with ranch pesto dressing and a slice of pizza with sausage as my additional topping. Thin pizza, pretty standard, I liked the crust. The salad had too many olives for my personal taste but otherwise really good, I picked out the olives and enjoyed the whole plate. Polite staff and clean tables inside.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I was charged 3 times for Chile, meat, and pineapple on 1 single slice of pizza when I only wanted pineapple. I called thia place to get a copy of my receipt from the female bartender, and she said she got it, but never sent it. The entire atmosphere of this place is scummy, the pizza as a 6/10 on taste & the staff was too focused on killing roaches on their tap than getting people refills on their drinks... SOOOOOO gross ?

Had a little time to kill, got a slice and a soda. Took care of my email and phone calls without any disturbance. And everyone else was just doing their thing and having a wonderful time. Can't wait to try all selection and wide variety of locally crafted beers they have. So definitely coming back to try that 21 or more on tap.

Parking: Plenty of parking on the west side of the building for anyone there's a few other businesses that share that parking lot of Barber Shop in a burger joint.

I really liked their gourmet pesto pizza.

I had it on five stars but now I don't anymore.
The problem today was customer service. I had ordered online through slice parlor website for delivery. The order was incorrect so I called the manager and he said he couldn't do anything since I ordered on delivery online through their website I'm saying well what am I supposed to do about it. I don't understand and he said well I'm sorry I can't help you. I thought this was really rude and I don't appreciate a night manager telling me something like that. It was their fault they didn't add the pepperoni and acted like they did not do anything wrong. I will never order from this company again if their customer service is this horrible. I used to like their pizza and now I don't know if I'll ever order again I don't want to go through getting my order wrong again and having a horrible experience. I think they lost me as a customer.
It is the 27th of June. And if the night manager was being rude then it's probably not going to work out for this company.

This is a hard one to write. I’ve been to Slice Parlor over 50 times and love it. But it’s time we broke up. Slice Parlor CONSISTENTLY pisses me off. They treat their customers like crap and are managed so poorly. For example, today (July 4th) there’s no way to find out if they’re open or closed. BUT I can order online. Thank god I didn’t because when I went by, they were closed. What happens to all of their online orders today? They can’t even be bothered to turn off online ordering or put their holiday hours on google of FB. They also have so much turnover I’m sure that it’s just an awful place to work. They constantly close early because they are short staffed and the owner doesn’t even come in to fill in. Again, they don’t care about their customers. Good pizza though.

I have frequented this location for over a year as I live in the neighborhood and noticed a decline in customer service, food quality and cleanliness ( bathroom smells) since Sheryl is no longer the manager. She actually cared about her staff and customers and that’s hard to find. I haven’t been back.
