We had a brunch meeting at Smothered Brunch on the west side. The food was fantastic! The service? Excellent! The staff is very friendly. We got to speak with the owner--she's awesome! By the way, try the chorizo gravy. It's delicious! 👍👍 Two thumbs up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 stars
We ordered two things, both were incomplete when served. One was the beet breakfast , came out with no beets. When asked they said they did not have any beets. Should have stated that when ordering. After all, beets are in the name of the meal. They brought out about a tablespoon of something they said were beets. Did not ask my wife is she wanted to order something else. I attended the soft opening with a couple friends last weekend and we had a great experience. Jesse and Benjamin made us feel very welcome and provided great service throughout what was a clearly busy lunch. The food was flavorful and filling. I'm excited to check it out again when it fully opens!

Smothered Brunch Cottonwood serves really good and delicious food with great portions. Dishes include the Trio Smashed, the Carnitas Smash Bowl with Green Chile, an omelet with chorizo grave, the SW Chicken Sandwich, chicken fried steak, the Reuben, and Chicken & waffles. Sides like sweet potato fries are perfect. The bloody Mary is pretty good. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly, welcoming, and convey incredible hospitality with the friendliest interactions. Service is awesome. Overall, it is a highly recommended place where many have not been disappointed.
