I have lived by this sonic for over 10 years and it is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been too . I keep giving it chances and evertime they fail. Avoid this place unless you have 20 min to spend in the drive thru .go to any other sonic and you will get your food faster .

Worst place ever. First time at this location. I placed an online order. Got to the store checked in on the app. 15 minutes later, i was informed that their stalls were not working. i went to stall 8, and then they informed me my order was lost. They checked on it 10 minutes later, and they said my order never made it there computers were down. Nothing they could do. 30 minutes I wired. i was late for work and DIDNT receive my order. I was warned about this location but ignored it. I was nearby and hungry. I left hungry. Infuriating. I'll never come back to this location period.

All the stalls are broken and the drive thru is incredibly slow. Food is standard sonic quality but they always forget the condiments or don't have any left. If this sonic wasn't running on a single bone of a skeleton "crew" (sometimes there's literally one employee running the entire sonic). TLDR: Would be good if it wasn't eternally short staffed, unless you have an hour to waste to get two burgers and two shakes.

Arrived at stall # 14 waited about 10 minute's before anybody came on the speaker. Was ordering 2 drinks. The first one is advertised on line ( Mountain Berry slush) The person taking the.order stated he didn't know what that was. Asked me how to make it. Also stayed he was the only person up front. The second drink was a Blue Raspberry Cream Slush when the order was repeated back was only a regular slush. After placing order waited another 20 minutes before leaving without drinks cause they never came out. Also watched another vehicle leave that was parked a few stall over..
Worst sonic ever the customer service sucks and they always make the food disgusting I hate that they are the closest to my house ugh 😑 save your money go some where else
