Not all the screens were functional. This tends to be consistent at most sonic locations, though. Whether they are broken or staff, perhaps turns them off on purpose. Had a large order and everything was correct! Decent time and service!

So ordered a cheese burger and guess what no cheese . Ordered a chicken tender meal ... tenders hard as a rock ,old food horrible food . Cost for this bad meal 23 dollars with a 5 dollar tip . Will not return to this sonics drive in ever again .

Terrible service. The morning crew is decent but afternoon is awful! And ordering on the app seems to make the process even slower. The one on Juan Tabo is WAY better!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a sonic. First off I pull up to use the car hop. Press the button and then sit there for 15 mins. With nothing said to me. I then see they have a drive thru so i figured id go ahead and try that. I go ahead and order just two shakes and the girl gives me attitude while telling me my price and tells me to pull forward. I pull forward wait for someone to greet me and ask for my card. Nope nothing I got the dirtiest look though the window and was treated like I wasn't there. So I went a long and just swiped my card by the window didn't know if it was mine or not. Then sat there for a few minute. And when I was finally handed my shakes the girl just shoved the first one in my face and then dropped the last one on me and all over my car.... and just looked at me. Didn't even apologize or offer me a new one just handed me napkins and was upset I wasn't moving forward for the next car... yeah...

More terrible service. This is the second Sonic in as many weeks that doesn't even bother to answer the call buttons at the kiosks. If your that short handed that you can't take orders through the kiosks, turn the lights out or program to say out of service instead of wasting everyone's time and pissing off your customers. I will never come back to this location and neither should you.

Terrible service, the staff that takes orders were talking to each other the whole time and didn't pay attention to my order, it's obvious that they don't know how to read orders, the food was cold, they didn't put toppings on my hot dog, they forgot my drinks, it was really a disaster, please, SONIC managers, really train your staff, I don't recommend this place, it's terrible that they take so long to deliver your order and they give you an incomplete and cold order, and the worst thing is ordering your complete food and they ask you what's missing??? and they get upset.
