We ordered a sugar free soda and it was not sugar free. We waited 20 minutes in line for this. We know it was not sugar free because we had someone with a continuous glucose monitor. Very disappointing.

The Sonic employee on the speaker was having a very bad day. She completely screwed up our order, and then interrupted me sharply telling me that she would be back in a minute. She never returned. And we will never return either. No accountability for treating us like we don't matter. On Menaul Blvd. Albuquerque. I'm impressed that someone at Sonic reads social media reviews and responds with lightning speed. I sincerely appreciate your offer to call or go to the website you provided, but I have trust issues with your company. We won't be back.

Worst sonic location in town. Regularly have specials that are taped onto their menu boards that they do not honor when you order, and told I had to download an app to order ice cream. Get it together.
Absolutely horrid service. Order taken at sign as usual. Then over thirty min wait for a small ice cream and drink. Staff walking around angry that they have to deliver. Won't be back. Actually after 40 mins of no delivery I asked to cancel order and refund them was asked to leave. Odd I now have to file a claim with credit card over the charge.

Easily the rudest staff of any Sonic in town, when you ask them to do their job they will complain and glare at you and make you feel awkward, the woman GM during the day is the rudest one there by far and is clearly setting the tone for the rest of this place. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here unless you want to wait 20+ minutes for a drink that is almost certainly going to be wrong.

This is literally the worst Sonic I have ever been to. If I could give them negative stars I would. They NEVER answer the stalls. If they do you have to wait 15+ minutes for it. It’s almost like they avoid it so you have to go through the drive through. Also, everyone on the staff is extremely rude and severely lack customer service skills. Say hi? Thank you? Anything else? Smile? Jesus Christ. Don’t just hand me my bag and close the window in my face before I can ask for anything else.

This location was fairly okay. Just didn’t like how the girl taking my order literally didn’t know anything. Second Lady who got in to help me, was getting frustrated under pressure I guess.
