I would not recommend this place. They didn’t acknowledge nothing. Literally waited for minutes for nothing. This is twice now this has happened so Will not be back at this location.

We ordered a diet sprite and it was in fact not diet. We had a person with continue glucose monitoring and it spiked their sugar to insanely high levels. Extremely disappointing to wait in line for 25 minutes to have this happen….

BEWARE WEST SIDERS: This location has really gone down hill. I’m not sure what happened, it used to be our go to place for good fast food. Nope ! Not no more, best part of the meal was the Packaging looked good 😆
Having said that, I wouldn’t waste my hard money for terrible food at this particular location, Quality was absolutely terrible, soggy coney, bottom of the basket fries, hamburger patty was seemed old and not to order, etc etc….
A recent replay from the owner on a negative review tells it all. “Sorry you had a negative experience”.
I fully expect a similar reply.
There are too many options on NW side to spend your hard earned $$’s. This location will not be one of mine any longer.

Orders are almost never correct. This last one was irritating enough that I'll likely not be back to this location. Ordered a diet limeade with extra lime (which is an upcharge), got a plain regular sprite with no limes in it.
I tried the new double smash burger and it tasted like they marinated the pattys in salt. I was not able to enjoy my dinner at all and is very disappointing. It seems like only one person was working as the service was slow.

No matter how clearly we state our order, they always get our order wrong. Tonight we order cheeseburgers, they charged us for a cheeseburger and they gave us a hamburger. The manager said that they ran out of cheese and she didn’t know and then she lied and said oh, we charge you for a hamburger. How can you charge for a hamburger when you did not realize that you had run out of cheese. This is the worst sonic in Albuquerque.

I stop here in the morning for two drinks that I order online. It always takes about 5-10 minutes with no other customers to bring them out. Two out of the three last times my cherry limeade did not have cherries or limes in it. If I’m going to wait 10 minutes at least make my drink correct. Do not go here if you want to be at work on time.
Gave this place another chance and place a mobile order on 10/30/25 with a pickup time of 6:26am. I arrived and there were no workers there. Now I need to cancel my order. They need better management and I need to kind another place to get a drink in the morning.

If you want to order a drink only and wait 30 minutes, sure, great.
If you get food, even longer. Every sonic in town is like this.
I've just stopped going until I periodically forget.
A shame, I love sonic, but it's just not worth waiting for everything

I go to this sonic all the time, this is the first time I went to get breakfast there. I ordered at 6:58 a mobile order and got there around 7:08. I checked in and waited another 10 min for someone to bring my food out for mobile pick up. Mind you there was no one else picking up or ordering food. My food was originally supposed to be ready at 7:04. It was taking too long so I pull through the drive through to ask about my order and let them know I was waiting for about 10 min. The lady then told me I wasn’t waiting that long and that she had just seen my order and they were making it. She was very rude and unkind about when I just asked when my food was going to be ready, I have never had any issues with this sonic before this. I finally got my food around 7:25. I waited around 17 min for my breakfast when I was told I hadn’t waited long at all. 17min for one person to get their food.

This location needs to be shut down. Manager gave me the wrong order and once I clarified what I wanted she then went and gave me an ice cold quarter of a hot dog on a full bun and threw it at me in the drive through and said “enjoy your life” awful service, awful management. And I wasn’t even rude to her… I get it, it’s fast food, but you chose that profession… she should be fired, I feel bad for her employees

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Gave us the wrong food too! Ordered a double bacon cheese burger meal and got a regular cheeseburger. The way the girl snatched the cash out of my bf hand was disturbing. My chicken sandwich looked 4 hrs old. This place is the worst!

The service and atmosphere were good but the food sucked! I ordered a cheeseburger well done, no onion, no tonato, no mayo, but add mustard....the order was right but the meat on my burger was cold. The cheese was not melted. It had no taste. Very disappointing!
