I ordered through the app, got to the stall, waited 20 minutes past the time it said my order would be ready, was late to work so I asked to just cancel my order and asked for a refund. The manager was extremely rude and said I can do it on the app and hung up on me. There was not a place on the app given my order was placed 30 minutes prior. All I want is a refund as I did not receive my food. Thank you

The worst Sonic ever! Hubby and I went Monday, November 11th 2024 around 8pm and drove into a stall pressed the red button to order and literally we waited 10 min or more and no one responded so we left. ( Pull cameras too see) When we drove around the building to leave we saw all of the workers doing NOTHING. The drive through guy was literally sitting on the floor we could see his head.
I wanted to go through the drive through because no one was there but hubby reminded me and said you really wanna give this company our money after they made us wait and no response. So we left and had dinner else where. Whoever the manager is should be fired and get some new employees. That's not how you run a business. To lose money and customers. I hope the owner or GM reads this because it's sad that we never got helped and they weren't even busy.

Some mornings it’s cash only…. Why is that? Why can’t I pay with my card? Is the guy keeping the money for himself? Because he rounds up to the nearest dollar so if he isn’t giving change, what is he doing with that extra cash?

Update.10/16/2024 why does the card reader never work in the morning? Or when a supervisor isn’t around? I think this guy is pocketing the money. Might want to look into your morning shift and figure out why I can never pay with my card and it’s cash only. Same guy every time.

This aint the first time THIS Sonic has messed up food or orders. Its on a regular basis.

Were is the franchise owner? Can you have the guts to respond to our reviews and stop being a coward and hide. You take our HARD EARNED MONEY TO SUPPORT YOUR POCKETS and allow crap food be sent home with us. Train your staff and fire those that need to be fired, DO YOUR JOB!

SONIC FOUNDERS SHOULD CHARGE YOUR POCKETS with All the refunds and the coupons and throw you out in the streets for your absent partnership.

i took my dad to sonic and he order a peanut butter shake. he found an m’nm in it, not a big deal. as he continued to eat his shake he kept finding more and more foods or candy’s. we found strawberries, pieces of bananas and chocolate, etc. normally not a big deal but people suffer from allergies and it’s nasty to be finding random foods in a shake that’s meant to be just peanut butter. we had to throw the shake away because of how many random things we found.

This sonic location (golf course blvd and paradise ) can't get anything right ever. I blame management for lack of leadership and poor training. My drink was fill with ice to top and very little soda I got fries that where nothing but crumbs. My burger was drowning with mayo yuck i wanted mustard. Awful food quality. And the ordering bays are too small for trucks. Whataburger is way better.
