After waiting 20 mins we pushed the button to see if our order was almost ready.They told us that “they are still working on it and to please be patient”We saw multiple cars go and come through the drive thru.There’s no reason it should’ve took that long especially if we ordered before all the other customers.

Waited in line for 25 minutes for them to close the store. Could have had someone walk out and tell us so a large line didn't waste time sitting there. When asked to speak with someone about it to ensure they improve for the future they locked up and refused to talk to any of the other customers. They've also recently jacked the prices up on ice cream at this location, somewhat unreasonably but that's objective ?

So you can’t order green chile on the app. I was at sonic and I walked up to tell them I wanted to order cheese tots with green chile but the green chile option is not there. The girl that works there says we don’t have any control over the app. I asked her can I pick jalapeños instead or something else to charge me because they need to get their money but I wanted green chile. So I’m thinking that she can go back to the kitchen and tell them that there will be a mobile order with jalapeños but it will need to be green chile not jalapeños. Some type of special instructions. But she never comes back. I see her through the door but she’s just standing there like she is waiting to put the drinks on the trays. I ended up walking away and driving off. Please work on your communication skills. If you don’t know the answer, ask for help. Go ask your manager or supervisor. It is not acceptable the way this was handledThere’s been another occasion. The girl with the face jewelry that works the drive thru at night. We ordered a mobile order. And we drove up to get the mobile order from the drive thru but she told us we had to go to the stall. We have gone to the drive thru before and we got our mobile order with no problems so please retrain herI will give kudos to one of the guy car hops that works there. He does a good job. Never had any issues with him.

Waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes and no one took my order. The cashier was nice and made it right and apologized and I got my meal quickly however it did not taste good. The hamburger meat tasted wierd.

I got some burgers and a drink. The sauce was only on half the burger and all spilled out one side. I asked for no ice and they added water to my drink... that's just not right. This is not the first experience like this.
Waiting in the drive thru, jerk in front decided he was not going to move forward from the window for a long cook order. 7 minutes later he gets his food and leaves.Sonic should say no move, no food as line was now 10+ cars.
