Decided to try it because it was so close to the zoo. We order a green chili double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich had a hair on it and the cheeseburger had no green chili. We will not be coming back.

I order in the app for ASAP pickup, then leave my house for pickup giving the kitchen my commute time to make my order. This location is the slowest. It consistently takes 20-25 minutes to make a 44 oz of tea when I order ahead for pickup. I only order drinks, not food. I also go to the location on Menual that is further away, but is a shorter trip overall. The Menual location will have my tea ready to go at pickup but this location waits till I’ve been there for 10 minutes before the app says the kitchen is working on the order. Then another 10 minutes to get the order. I keep forgetting this location is slow else I wouldn’t keep getting trapped at sonic for half an hour.

I feel very dissatisfied with the care received. I had to wait an excessively long time to get only two products. This level of service is unacceptable and negatively impacts my experience as a customer. I hope they take this complaint into account and improve their customer service to prevent others from going through the same situation.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I had the pleasure of speaking with the guy Eric that used to run this store. Amazing guy. He explained to me why and how he got fired and I for one feel like he did the right thing. Why pay someone for not working. Whoever fired him is an idiot. Now this store can’t get it together for anything. I will not be returning ever. We want Eric back!

Very disappointed in the service. Fountain drinks were horrible they had no syrup. Manager Cloe was no help to the customer and her employees. Several vehicles drove away very upset. Customer service was very horrible.

The service was very slow, it took them a long time to give us our order and when they delivered it it arrived incomplete, so we had to wait longer..... We were waiting for more than 30 minutes. ?

This is by far the worst Sonic in Albuquerque. I ordered 2 footlong Coneys, and they gave me regular size hotdog buns. And I ordered a medium onion ring and less than half the bag was filled up, I returned that and she did bring me a new one, but I didn't notice the buns until I got home. How cheap is this location huh??? The only good part was the nice car hop I did leave her a tip....but this location SUCKS!!!!!
