Poor customer service from red headed girl and male supervisor on shift on 2/28 at 3:30 pm. Didn’t read the order back. Slush had barely any flavoring in it and red headed rolled her eyes when I asked for more flavoring. Every time I go to this location, there’s an issue (missing food, takes forever, or not properly made), and the one common thread is the employees and supervisors don’t care about making the situation right.

I placed a on line order for one 44 oz Tea. I waited 30 minutes in a stall until I had to go through the drive thur and still waiting at the window 10min until I had to get someone’s attention
Worse service ever, while at the window the inside was dirty and the fountain person touched the inside of the cups
It's a car-hop drive-in that, at some, still have car-hops on roller skates. But not in ABQ.

They really can't get orders right to save their life at this location. Why ask what I want when every time you hand my everything I didn't order. If this was a one time occurance it wouldn't be a big deal but this has to be the 5th time this has happened. Selective heard or stupid?

Absolutely pathetic employees at this sonic
Everyone of them at the time of writing this. I waited an hour for 2 drinks, a pretzel, and a medium mozzarella sticks. I never received my order and one of the employees stated “we’re busy give us a min”. Literally jokes write themselves. Look at how you guys a hiring. PATHETIC!!!!
The quality of drinks is going downhill. Not just this location but all of them. Too carbonated, watered down.

So, either the app needs to be fixed, or the employees here need to start adhering to Sonic's policy. I placed my order in the app 2 hours ahead of time. When the order was completed, the app told me to pull into a stall and enter that number into the app. When I arrive, the app doesn't have that button any longer, so I hit the button in one of the stalls. I get a blunt, "Place your order at the drivethru!". I responded that I already made my order through the app. I get no response. When I get my food, I look into bag and the fry container has lost half of the fries and the mozzarella sticks and Jalapeño poppers are buried under 8 packets of ranch and marinara sauce. The poppers were stale, and the fries were room temperature. These people have no respect for people's food. I will go out of my way to order from a different Sonic from now on.

Consistently cannot complete orders correctly at this location. Waited over 10 minutes after the drive up said my food was coming out for them to ask me the name on the order they were supposed to bring out. If substitutions are required, due to their not having ingredients stocked, those replacements will be made without consulting the customer more than a "I hope that's alright" when they give it to you
There is black stuff inside both of my grilled cheeses like it’s old or they didn’t clean the grill. I got a chili CHEESE CONEY and they didn’t even put cheese on it . This is not the first time this has happened either it is insane 🤦♀️

I was excited to have sonic for dinner but it was a total disappointment. I was helped by Esperanza via the drive-thru. I ordered the chicken bites with tots, mozzarella sticks, and a drink. Instead of asking “what else can I get for you” she kept saying “anything else”. That is so annoying and she seemed rushed to be done with my order. As a result of her being in a rush, I got fires instead of tots. Additionally, food was cold and had been sitting for a hot minute 😒.

I came to order some food. My food turned out better than expected. I usually don't have the best experience with food quality. When it comes to Sonic, so that was good. But I received incorrect change. I didn't make a big deal about it because it was only 7 cents, but I don't like when I go places and if they don't have the change to give me back, they Don't give it to me. I don't respect that at all. Makes me wanna stop using cash at most places.Unless it's automated system, because they take advantage, and I don't appreciate that.
