Not a good experience at all. Burnt onion rings after waiting for 40 minutes and waited another 20 and still didn't get fresh ones. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all

Customer Service at this location tonight was horrible the young girl rushed a simple order and was talking on the phone the whole time. She was finally done with her conversation she advised us her ice cream machine was down. Refunded us with a larger amount than she should’ve, but hat a mess.

I ordered a Rt. 44 Limeade and to my surprise there are no limes in there. All I can taste is the Sprite. This is the second time that this has happened but not at this particular Sonic. I'm not sure when they did away with putting the lime in the limeade, but I'm a quite disappointed that there are no limes in my Limeade.
