Worst Sonic in Albuquerque. Staff here don't care about customer service. Drive thru line take forever to get order. Parked at a stall to try to speed up service and was even worse.

This is the worst Sonic in Albuquerque, at least. The outside isn't kept up, the service is lack luster, and the food is always wrong, on top of that, they always close down their ice cream machine hours before they close. Avoid at all costs!

This place is slower than a 7 year itch! I was on foot as I was next door for brakes, walked over and waited 20 minutes when it was dead for them to respond on the speaker, now I am waiting again for a Rt. 44 drink, been about 7 or 8 minutes so far...just got it 9 minutes. And you want a tip? You are making minimum wage and making no effort at all. I was a server for 2 years making $2.13 plus tips, I get the struggle, but you want a tip, give some effort.

Very nice. Food was fresh, hot tasty service was fast. The lady at the window was extremely nice and even gave my dog a pup cup

Apparently the staff just decided to close at 9:40 (probably earlier but that’s when I got there on nov 18th) wonder if the manager knows the employees won’t take orders when they decide they’re bored?

Same lazy people work at this one. The location on Montgomery and Eubank is wayyyy better.

Tried a different location today. Service was great but the food was horrible. Ordered breakfast food for the office the sausage was sooo thin and there was like 1/2 an egg in every item. It’s like they made 2 sandwiches out of the contents on 1. Go to the location on Menaul and Carlisle, they’re better.

Sat in our spot doe 15 minutes and pushed our call button 2 times. No one took our order but 4 cars went through the drive through we saw several cars leave before us without food too. Very disappointed

Nothing bad to say. It's sonic. What's not to like.

The food was good! The wait was quite long because there was only one or two people there. The female was trying very hard to do it all herself with a smile.

Cannot get an order right to save their lives, ordered a burger and got a pretzel stick.

Mold in ice water you can tell they don't clean here found white stuff floating around the water
