Sonic Drive-In

It's so sad that this is the closest sonic to us. Seems like everytime we come something is wrong. Wrong drinks, wrong food, waiting 20 minutes for drinks.
Today my son and I ordered on the app and arrived to pick up the order. It was fairly quick... But as soon as I took a look at my drink I already knew it was bad/wrong. My favorite drink is the Lemonade Cream Cooler. It SHOULD come as a blended drink (ice cream and lemon slush). Everywhere I go its a little different, some places put it in the plastic cup, some a regular foam cup and regular lid. When it's made properly it comes with the lid for a shake/blast so u can eat it with a spoon. This location has never done that. Usually it's whatever. But today the dri k i got had lemon slush, a glob of ice cream in the middle and lemon slush on top.
So on top of paying $5 for a drink, i had to go home and blend it myself. Such a shame that all these workers want top pay but can't even get a person's drink order right. My advice always check before u leave. I'll be finding another location as for myself.

The absolute rudest young woman served me tonight around 10pm in the drive through. The second she looked at me her face turned to rage and she refused to say one word, make eye contact, or say thank you. I tell her thank you , and she just flips her self around with great attitude. It was the weirdest displacement of anger I have ever encountered. I threw away my order because given her behavior, I didn’t feel comfortable to drink my shake.

Sadly I spent almost $40 bucks to get food I threw in the trash including my drinks and sonic blast. Employee girl got mad cause I went back to ask for better coke and sprite because it had no syrup. She then poured me drinks that tasted the same as the first pour so she threw a tantrum when I told her to please change the syrup. No to lazy to do that let’s just throw a tantrum. Sadly runned sonic. I also got a song blast and the milk was sour and the blast smelled horrendous. Goodluck

Only ever get drinks through the app and always have to wait in the drive thru they don't seem to ever use the stalls

Been here many times before this one, and not sure why the stalls are never all working. I jumped 5 stalls today to pickup my delivery, sonic is a big company that makes a lot of money, get your stalls fixed.....

I’ve tried to order here maybe 4 times in the last year or so, the app never works for checking in and today the staff was so lazy and rude, I didn’t even bother waiting for my food. Called support and got a refund. Don’t care how busy you are I’d rather the location be closed due to understaffing than them hire such rude and lazy staff.

I ordered online and after 6 minutes of my name popping up on the stall it disappeared, so when I pressed the button the manager than said “the stalls are closed, go through the drive thru” annoying but okay. All I bought was 2 drinks. A blast and cherry limeade, of course I should have tasted my drink there I guess but it wasn’t a cherry limeade it was something that tasted straight up like club soda. In total I waited over 20 minutes for crappy drinks and service. Sucks when this sonic is so convenient since I just moved around the area

I can only get drinks at Sonic. Their burgers and food are not good. They always screw up my order. Either they leave items off of the ticket or they don't give them to me. Check your bag before you pull off. The lady didn't want to fix my order to add my kids cherry milk shake and she told me I'd have to go back into the line and re order but she acknowledged that she made a mistake not putting it on the ticket. This was a manager. I wasn't charged but they gave me a chicken sandwich for a burger. And tots when I told them I wanted fries. Then the vanilla cherry limeade tasted like sprite, there was no actual cherries or limes in it. It was just pinkish sprite. I didn't go back because I knew I'd go off but this is the crap I'm talking about.

The hamburgers were awful , the meat had that smell that lingers in your car till the next day.The person taking the order was less than enthusiastic, pretty sure he was not enjoying his job that day!, Not sure Ide spend 20 dollars to wait 20 minutes for bad food twice??

This place is basically closed after 7pm: they pretty much only serve soda. Waited in line for 20 minutes just to find out they weren't serving shakes or food.

I enjoy my food being cooked correctly. I have when I get cheddar peppers and the cheese isn't melted all the way still a little chunky.... my son enjoyed his chili cheese fries and my husband enjoyed his burger. Thank you all but plz try to cook everything so all can enjoy it.

waited 10 minutes and saw 4 people just standing there 3 women just standing and some dude wandering around. A short young girl placed pur bag of food COMPLETELY packed at the window right in front of us, looked me in the face, then proceeded to leave it there and walk away. We continued to wait a couple more minutes before our food was silently, and rudely handed to us. Worst sonic employees nationwide have gotta be here. This was at 7:45 pm. I'm a former fast food worker but come on grow up ?
