Ordered 3 different times within a couple months because I thought, hey maybe they had a bad day. Ordered the smash burger and every time I had plain hamburger patties. It can’t be that hard to smash a burger patty on a grill. Management needs to retrain employees or do not participate in exclusive items that every other location I have been to in Albuquerque can get correct.

Ordered online through the APP @ 6:05 PM arrived at 6:11 PM. Parked in the designated stall, & informed the restaurant through the app in stall 3. Waited for 25 minutes in the stall. Watched 30 or more cars get their food. Watched the Dominoes Pizza Delivery Guy drop off 2 Pizzas, the employee in the cow costume received it, as I'm still waiting for my order. They then proceeded to talk on their cell phone. Watched the crew at 3110 Juan Tabo BLVD ne in Albuquerque NM enjoy their pizza. proceeded to go to the drive thru to ask about my online app order and was told they cannot confirm it with a confirmation order even though I read it off to them. Name only for that. Waited an additional 15 minutes to get to the window with only 1 car ahead of me. Finally at the window, 3-5 minutes later the window opens, told them my order, "ok give us a sec", by the guy in the green shirt. 5 minutes later hands me someone else's order. Told him that's not mine, Had to get his attention again for him to review/show the order I had placed on my phone thru the APP. He replied "give me sec". 10 minutes later I finally get my order. WOW!! almost an hour later I have my order!! ZERO sense of urgency or care for the customer!!
How are they still open? It never gets any better here. I haven't been hee in months because of the food. I gave it another chance and the tots are cold and the burger is a joke. How do you wait 10 minutes for your food and it's still cold? Close down finally.

I am completely disgusted. I went to this Sonic for dinner today and more than halfway through my cheese coney, I noticed the bun was completely moldy on the bottom. Management needs to do a better job at checking their inventory and making sure customers aren't served food that can make them sick. DISGUSTING!
