employee was okay, ordered a few burgers and they were all wrong, fries tasted stale like they were sitting out all day, food was not even warm. and on top of that we waited 20 minutes just to get a completely different order.

I found my sonic! I come for breakfast every Saturday morning & everything is made perfectly & the crew is ultra helpful & kind! I have a sonic across the street that isn't managed well so I drive 5 min to this one & it's well worth it every time!

I ordered a redeemed menu deal item of a pretzel hamburger. (I was excited to try it.) A chili dog and tater tots. Disappointing—all of my food was cold. The chile dog bun was nearly hard as a rock. And my pretzel bun was not a pretzel at all. I will admit it’s my fault for not checking the bag before leaving. It should have been a clear hint I was waiting so long because they marked my bag with a DoorDash sticker; possibly they were waiting for someone else? Or some other queue? They eventually brought it after 45 minutes or more, I should have questioned it after she mentioned the door dash thing. None the less, this experience and food was poor.

This location always has the slowest service, 30 minutes for some blasts with hardly any cars in drive thru. When I pulled up to the window I could see that the workers were chatting it up. Customer service is nonexistent at this location.

If I could, this place would be a negative 10. Waited a whole hour in the stall to be waited on. Mind you it wasn't even busy. Then drove thru the drive thru, advised I did an online order. Drove up to the window, female was about to give me someone else's order. I said my name, she couldn't hear me over the loud music coming from inside the restaurant. She was rude after I had to yell my name again. This place needs better management & better workers.

Okay the place was very very nice, honestly the best looking sonic because of the decor outside but this place really disappointed me when it came to the food, I ordered my food and the service was really slow. My house is right around the corner so it only took about 5-10 minutes to get to it and when I opened the bag of food it was obvious they just threw the food in there and I honestly don’t consider what they gave me “fries” because they were very hard! All of them were super overcooked! I honestly don’t recommend this location, other sonics are better quality.

This has to be the worst sonic in town. On many occasions, I was not able to order from the stahls and went to the drive thru. Numerous messed up orders and unfriendly workers. Even online orders I’ve had issues with. Started driving the extra distance to the unser location.

honestly if i could give zero stars, i would. i ordered a shake thru the app, picked it up and took it home, found out it was sour and RANCID. sonic support is no help, three days later i still have no response from support. i don't expect to get a response at all at this point.

Service time is REALLY bad here! I pulled up to the menu and the button flashed so I know it was working. Then it shut off. Pressed it again and did the same thing. There was one other car here but I pressed it a third time and they finally got to me. I ordered a single burger combo and it TOOK FOREVER! I really don’t understand why it takes so so long. I found out the server was recording the whole interaction. It was really weird! She set up her phone to record her skating up. Then skated away but came back to get her phone. Is this a place to make TikTok content or a business? Look at the other reviews of this place and you’ll see there’s TONS of issues! They really need to look into this

Avoid this Sonic like the plague unless, in my opinion, you want to receive food poisoning. This location should be shut down, and the longer it stays open the more it puts customers in-danger.

The 98th street location in Albuquerque is really bad. Its supposed to be open 24 hours but when you go thru the drive thru no one answers. When someone does take your order and you go to the window, they tell you they can't make your order because of some excuse like the grill not being clean. Why take the order if they know they can't make it? I was excited to have a Sonic close to my residence but I think this is the worse Sonic in Albuquerque .

I ordered a number 14 with well done tater tots. Burrito is dry... no cheese and it sucks. Tater tots under cooked. You know that causes gastrointestinal issues right? To serve undercooked fried foods? Plus no one listens to the order. Well done tater tots. Why cant you fully listen and take the time to get the food done right. Sonic has gone down hill. It wont be a suprise when it crashes ans burns.

The drinks are poorly made. Not matter what time of the day whether they’re busy or not the wait is ridiculously long for no reason. Their customer service is very poor.
Bummer I was looking forward to this new location because of convenience but had failed majorly.
