The woman at the drive thru was rude to my coworker. My coworker asked for separate orders, but when we got to the second window, the woman said that my coworker didn't ask for separate "tickets". Separate orders and separate tickets are the SAME thing with different wording. The Eclipse shake was gross and made me nauseous after a few sips.

I love the pretzel twists and that's why I go. However, I'm really annoyed that they gave the guy in front of me what I am pretty sure was my order, watched him give them back the bag immediately but he took a sip of the large drink before returning it to the window girl. They gave me my bag of food but also the same large drink. I asked if it was and she lied ( you can tell when someone hesitates before the lie). On the lid, the opening where you put the straw was all bent and open, because there was a straw there before. No receipt either. Either they have shoddy equipment or I might need to check my bank acct since they swiped a bunch of times.

Cool, calm and collected in a time of crisis and insanely sweet!!! Hoping her awesome attitude and service skills can be recognized!❤️

I came here at 10:30pm and ordered some mozzarella sticks, and a few sips sweet tea. My stomach immediately started hurting after and now I have thrown up 6+ times from food poisoning. Idk what's going on in there but you guys need a health inspection ASAP or better cleanliness practices because it is pretty hard to get food poisoning from mozzarella sticks. Thanks a lot

Did not take my order correctly. I ordered a foot long american coney with ketchup and relish and a footlong chili cheese coney and they gave me a 6 inch american coney with no relish and no cheddar and the chili cheese coney ????

Blanca the lady in the window definitely needs to be fired the biggest attitude and probably one of the nastiest individuals I’ve ever met! That’s only one minor problem amongst many others. Poor communication, poor management, hectic work environment not to mention how uncomfortable it is working with homophobic remarks always coming from the native guy Vince in the kitchen. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt as a workplace and it completely failed as a functioning positive workplace. Sucks some of the people there were cool but definitely needs a couple new employees starting with Blanca. Will be hopefully reporting to DOH or NMDOL. Hope something gets done what sucks is the sonic culture, food and establishment could be so great if they just had people who actually gave a care. Again besides Katie the manager everyone could use some retraining or better yet let her be GM she knows how to run a store. I had to walk out of this establishment during my shift because Blanca the lady at the drive through (Morning shift) has a lot to say behind fellow coworkers back and I’m sure they all do but this lady take’s talking about employees and customers to far. If I find out a way for someone in higher authority to monitor her I’ll definitely look into that as well since Julie the GM won’t do anything about it. After walking out I got no call from the General Manager asking about why I left. I told them I need to be retrained and I swear I got half mouthed back comments about everything I did here including TRYING to detail clean some of the gunk that’s all over the store. I really wouldn’t recommend working here tbh if you have kids that want to work, definitely don’t let this be a choice. But either way good luck getting in you need to be “connected” to work here. Hopefully we see some changes the upcoming year. To get things done right you have to just do it yourself.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and the bread was dry and the cheese wasn't melted. I got a stomach ache from eating it. I'm at work with a stomach ache now. You need to learn how to cook better. Bad food. I don't recommend any of this Sonic Drive ins food after my stomach ache.

The ppl who work there are great, but they need to clean their ice, soda & slush machines cuz the drinks taste like mold. You can even smell if when you take the lids off. Got 1 soda & 1 slush yesterday & sadly they were both terrible & we threw them out. $7+ wasted.
This Sonic is consistently friendly, fast, and delivered your order accurately. The only Sonic in the area that walks orders out to those in the drive-thru line as they are completed.

Horrible food and the manager ohj let me tell you about the manager. One day i went it was summer hot as H E double hockey sticks and i went at happy hour 2-5 got me a route 44 blue raspberry nerd slush and when it finally came to me after 15 minutes of waiting the manager brought it to me and i opened it and it was nothing but watered downed slush. I told her what this was and why it looked like that and you know what she said. and i quote " well it was a slush". like really lady. I told her where to put that slush!!

What happened to caring about the food you serve? I ordered s chicken sandwich which looked pathetic and now I have a stomach ache from my dinner. The hamburger my husband got was cold and bun smashed. This place should be ashamed and have people work there that care. I will not be back ever again.
