I waited 10 minutes to have someone reply to my order button ("red button"). I place my order and waited 50 minutes. Then my order screen refreshed, I touched the button again. After 7 minutes someone replied and said my order is not on their screen. I wasted an hour and a half for a #7. My neighbors were all served but I wasn't, I think skin color had something to do with it.
Food is good. Service is good. Love ordering through the App.
However, when i order a soft drink that has ice, I would prefer LESS ICE and MORE DRINK! My cup was over 3/4 full of ICE!
