This lication is TERRIBLE!! Every time Ive gone to this location, there's an issue. Wrong order, rude employees, terrible service, overcharging. Small (not mini) Sonic blast is $4.89 on the menu so why were they charging $5.89 & refusing to honor the posted price? Hard pass on this location for so many reasons!!

Ordered a breakfast toaster with meat on side as I do not eat meat but my dog does. It was brought to me with meat on it. No big deal, I send it back. Then I watch through the window as the ungloved cooks with dirt under their nails take it apart, put the parts back on the grill, and repackage it to sell me the same wrong food a second time. I got a refund, but I'm pissed. I work in food service and I wonder if anyone reading this review counted how many health code violations there were in this exchange.

Decent service and friendly attitude, ok food since was what i wanted but was kinda blah, bleak sad atmosphere/ felt like the grinch stole xmas and pooped on that store.... js very sad opportunity for huge business

This Sonic location is the ONLY one that is always open during posted business hours, has all working equipment for ordering and paying. Their customer service is wonderful. They get our order out promptly and correctly every time!

Today when I went with my family to sonic on eubank and lomas the girl who was taking the order was very rude had no patience and kept rushing me and even yelled at me for trying to change an order to a small for my child, I didn’t even bother to continue to order! She was so rude I just left! That’s my last time going to that location!

Who closes at eight? I pulled up all all their lights are on, they tell me they’re closed and then all of a sudden all the lights turn off.

Order a garlic bacon burger and got this! No bacon and fixing! And ordered tater tots and got fries! Very disappointed! Hope their workers read the orders and prepare the orders right! Hope management supervises their employees!

On 10/18/24 6:30pm, ordered food on the app. I then went to the location to pick up my order and realized no one was there, yet they were still taking orders. By the time I realized they were closed, about 8 people pulled up and just left. This is a normal thing. They either close early or don’t even open. And they still take online orders. Still haven’t got my money back.

always forgetting the Shaws whenever I walk the spot where you order if you were without a vehicle does not wanna work with the cards or never and also their chicken strips or they don’t have any meat on them. It’s mostly crisp and it taste pretty good.
