If I could give this sonic less than one star, I would. This location has the worst customer service in the city. I've gone a handful of times thinking that it was just the employees of that day but clearly it's a pattern that the entire establishment has adopted. They frequently get orders wrong and do nothing to correct the mistake. They are rude and will stop responding to the call button when you point out an issue or request additional service. Don't bother going here. There are plenty of others that get it right.

One of the better sonic establishments in the albuquerque area our orders came out fresh and delicious and the server was fast and polite i had to drive longer to this sonic compared to the one thats down the road from our home but ill still make that drive if we are in the mood for sonic. After trying most sonics here in abq this one is the one to try

This Sonic turned out to be really good. The guy that took my order spoke clearly and slowly. The waitress that brought out our food was very friendly. They got our food out quickly and our order was correct. The food was delicious. My daughters asked for extra crispy popcorn chicken and they did accommodate. The restaurant was clean and our stall menu worked well.
