This is a horrible location. Common 15+ minute wait in the drive through. Run by kids that don’t care. Last night they were eating while serving/ cooking. That seemed odd and gross.

They don't serve ice cream after some arbitrary time apparently. So you get to guess what's actually on the menu after 9 or so.

Had the worst BLT of my life. Bread was hard and.toasted to a level of blackness. No lettuce. Extremely thin nonjuicy slices of tomato and no mayo!!

I always thought they skimped out on mixing stuff in but WOW!!! these new see through cups really show how much these scam us when they charge an outrageous price literally just for vanilla ice cream with a little tiny bit of toppings this is actually ridiculous!!! Also waited for ever when there were barely anybody there!!!

I showed up at 5:00 after getting off a super long shift, just hoping to “live free” and “eat Sonic,” but neither of those things happened. I waited in my car for a whole hour and never got my food. Honestly, it felt like I was completely forgotten about.
After sitting there forever, I ended up getting stuff I didn’t even order. At that point, I knew I wasn’t getting my actual food anytime soon — if at all. I figured I might as well ask for a refund, but when I did, the woman at the door was super rude about it. She’d already been giving me mean looks the entire time, so that just made the whole experience even worse. Mind you, she was quick to bring out the refund but not my food. They clearly knew I was there but just didn’t care. I’m hoping this reaches the right person so maybe they can get some better staff in there.

This is the second time that I have had this EXACT same experience at this location. I ordered my food on the app and even waited a bit before I left, so I could just show up and grab it, because I only get a 30 minute lunch and didn't want to have to rush. When I got there and checked in, two cars that pulled up after me got their orders and then a car that pulled up and ordered at a kiosk got their order as well. I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes at this point for my food, so I called out to the carhop and asked her about my order and she was INCREDIBLY rude. She was dismissive and didn't seem to care and told me she serves the food in the order that people show up and I told her I was there before several cars and then she asked my name, threw her hands up, and walked away. I saw more people get their food that came well after me and I called and left a couple of messages. Then she came back and shoved my food at me. Unfortunately, I didn't get to eat it as I had to be back at work, so it was cold by the time I had another break. Horrible service.

This location in particular has gone wildly downhill. Last time I was in they couldn’t get our drinks right, one of them was completely out of syrup and tasted awful, this time we ordered corn dogs and they were burnt to the point of splitting open. The replacements weren’t much better and still tasted soggy and like the oil hadn’t been changed in days.
The line is most always long as hell with only about 2 people working.
I just left and found somewhere to eat.
