Had to wait 20 minutes for food after it said it was going to be brought out, issues with the app people inside the store said we don't help, customer service blamed it on me even though the app wouldn't work. Do not recommend ever coming to this place or Sonic at all Go somewhere else They suck!

I was first in line not a soul around i order 2 corn dogs and an ocean water, they say they will have my price at the window so i drive up to the window and wait 12 minutes as cars start lining up behind me then woman comes giving me the price of some other oder and this woman looked high off her ass looks around dumbfounded and says "i wonder where his order went?" Terrible

Can't get orders right worth anything. Ordered a chicken sandwich with extra mayo and tomatoes. First sandwich I got had the tomatoes, but it had mustard on it. I asked for a new one. It comes out, has extra lettuce and no tomatoes.

I would give a 0 for horrible customer service did not even finish completing order due to how rude the guy taking order was , couldn't even speak properly who asks a customer huh and raises is voice I guess that's how bad they need employees just hire anyone

The drive-thru line was long, so I decided to pull up to the car hop side because all I was getting was a medium sonic blast. Tge drive-thru line moved quickly, and I had been waiting 10 minutes. I backed up to the drive-thru window and inquired why it was taking so long. I was instructed to pull back up to the slit I was in. It took another 5 minutes to get my order. I ordered a peanut butter cup blast, and the ice cream was melted, and it had Carmel sauce on it. I left after that. Not very good service!

Last night I had a footlong chili cheese coney for dinner and violently puked my brains out at 4:30 this morning. The consistency of the hot dog was off, like it was too soft or something, I should've just trusted my brain and threw it away. I would give this 0 stars if I could. It'll be a long while before I try eating here again. The service was good but I haven't been this sick from food in years.

Woman working the drive through on 11/23/24 @4:45pm (w/the lip ring) needs to have an attitude adjustment. She rolled her eyes when I gave her cash, gave me my drinks which were wrong then proceed to try to stare me down when I asked her why the slush had no color. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Good food service is terrible wouldn’t let me finish ordering and always get order wrong do not recommend.

Went to get some ice cream an hour before close and they said they weren't serving ice cream. Menu items should be sold during operating hours period otherwise put a label on the menu detailing time restrictions.

I loved my visit to Sonic today! 5 stars all the way. Bernadette was exceptional - she checked on us any time she passed by just to make sure we had everything we needed. She deserves a raise!
