Manager on duty tonight 7/12 pm shift, did not wear a mask or gloves but was handling drinks. They forgot my shake, got my drink size wrong and did not provide any dipping sauces for my cheddar peppers or chicken tenders.
Didn’t end up eating any of it due to the mask issue and general unappeal of the food. My fault wasting 20$.
Messed up my order in drive-thru (I know, you get donged at the drive-thru!!). Called and manager said he would make it and I can come back. Let me get this right, you want me to go back and get what I already should have? No compensation or responsibility for their mistake. Terrible customer service.
