Crazy how Sonic has car hops but nobody wants to work their CarHop then why have car hops replace all the workers here with robots you're not worth your minimum wage

This is seriously the worst sonic to go to! How hard is it to take off lettuce & onion & leave everything else!! I have to wait another freaking 20 minutes just for them to mess it up again! Avoid this one as much as possible! Learn how to read !

I ordered online I came to the area to check in. I waited 25 minutes then I hit the red button and the guy tells me that only drive-through is open. This place is awful

Staff has no clue what the difference is between a Reeses PB cup and the other things you can choose to add to your blast. The guy at the drive-thru window argued when I said it wasn't Reeses PB cup and I tried it again and told him this is not correct he snatched it and they added Reeses PB cups to the top only. As if the cup wasn't clear or like I couldn't see them through the windows right in front of me. He came back to the window, sarcastically apologized and handed the wrong blast back to me. The cup had so many cracks in it from redoing it so many times in the machine. If I had eaten it instead of tossing it it would of leaked out before it could of been eaten. Waste of 7 bucks and my time waiting on your lazy incompetent employee. Either hire better staff or train the lazy one you have to know the product or better yet remove him from drive thru and let him do something super simple like run trash or clean up the toilet...

I swear I feel like asking people on the clock at a job to be kind is to much to ask for. I pulled to the drive through and the lady says order when your ready... not hi welcome to sonic how many I help you?? Then after each thing I ordered keeps saying is that it?? Like no total nothing. Then I pull up to the windows. And the lady is talking to someone and never goes to the window to collect payment give me a status on my order nothing. I'm sitting there holding my card out the window like can u plz come charge me for my order. Can employees plz be polite and understand that every person bringing servie to your work is your paycheck. No matter if I buy a bag of ice or a dinner for my family costing $85.00 we went to your work out of everywhere. If you don't like your job plz get a new one that makes you happy so you can treat your customers with kindness and respect.

My wife and I went around 1:55 through the drive thru for 2 XL drinks then we waited in line finally we get to the window we let the kid know it's 1:59 if we can get the happy hour drink special and he said no didn't bother to even ask the manager

They got the wrong order I ordered a double quarter pounder under $1.99 deal that they have on their screen, I asked her if it was valid she said yes so I ordered it yet she gave me a regular ? I'm sure there's a difference between hot dogs and hamburgers. Every time I go here they mess up my order that's why I don't tip them !!! It would be awesome if they got my order once right! Maybe if your service was better you wouldn't have a 3.2 no starts for you pay attention!!! Oh well ? last time I come here you just lost another customer ?.
