Excellent service, very friendly. Fresh, delicious food, it was hot and tasted great! Went late at night but service was still above and beyond amazing. Tinet was the cashier and she was extremely helpful with the menu items and helped a lot.

LOCATION: 5315 QUAIL ROAD NW ALBUQUERQUE NM 87120I have gone twice to this location and no one answers at the drive up speaker waited 2 min no responce, 2nd time I did amobile order and drove up to speaker and no ans waited 3 min then waited 5 min at window till they answered me. a worker was outside smoking and threw his cigerette and walked in and handled food orders with out washing hands and using gloves. they closed drive up window and you cant see in because they have it covered with stickers and posters. It is not clean and I do not recommend going their.

Very pleasant staff, but took over 20 minutes for 2 meals and 1 sandwich. I understand that everything's fresh, but they were super slow, only one car ahead of me in the drive thru.The only other thing was that the lettuce in my son's crispy chicken sandwich was limp and pale, and I ordered a green chile cheeseburger (nothing but cheese,green Chile, meat and bun) meal for my husband and was charged for such but they made it plain, like literally nothing but meat and bun, that wasn't pleasant.Figured it was an off day and will return but hmph. ?Parking: Is a bit interesting to get into when not coming in from Coors, I was headed north on 57th and had to turn down Quail and the make a u turn at the median, since the parking lot doesn't connect from behind. I drove around for roughly 5 minutes before actually being able to get in line lol

This place needs to close down already, service sucks, none of the order windows work, looks like its abandoned, order is always wrong gave us the wrong order and the wait is ridiculous. Sonic isn't what it used to be unfortunately ?

Completely messes up our order demands to take food back. Takes food back. Hmm health code violation...... no refund or compt food or remorse sonic truly needs to get it together .....
All i did was order a shake and water for my dog because it was soooo hot that day! The waiter was nice and even brought out my dog a treat!Parking: I love that they have multiple options to choose from on just about all the services they offer. Whether it's the choices of food, the many desserts, drinks, shakes, & slushes. Who could forget the options of eating there or just going through the drive-thru if you happen to be in a rush? I love that if you want to stay there and eat you could just pull up to a stall order your food, and they bring it out to you, but if you don't want to stay there to eat and you just want to make sure your order is correct then you could do that without feeling rushed. Whereas if you did this in the drive-thru line you may hesitate to check your order if there were a long line of cars behind you. Another theme I love about Sonic is the 1950s feel it has to the place where the waiters and waitresses take out the food to your vehicle while wearing roller skates (not all of them do this anymore), and occasionally check on you to see if you need anything else such as condiments, napkins, and other things of that nature. There is also the option to park your vehicle and get down to eat at many locations in front of the restaurant, which is also nice if you want some fresh air.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu and plenty of things kids would love for dessert.
