This place is trash the workers don't want to work every single time I come I end up leaving cause they don't take my order outside or today claimed they didn't have a value menu avoid this location like the plague

This sonic is usually really good, but...my husband got the footlong coney meal with the large chile cheese tater tots and there was maybe a tablespoon of chile on the tots & dog, a sprinkle of cheese, no onions as requested, and the drinks only tasted like sprite (strawberry limeades). The Girl had to try five different stalls to get the debit card to work as they were all broken or malfunctioning. Not good at all that day.

Don't bother expecting any type of customer service from the clowns @ this location. The so called employees can't even take an order so I didnt have any expectations of them getting my order correct.

This is the second location I had to go to in order to receive the order I placed in the app (first place waited to tell me the ice cream machine was broken until I’d sat there for 15 minutes). Sat at new location for another 15 minutes just to call them and be told they actually only do drive through at this time (no indication of this on the app). Employees could see my car through the windows and didn’t bother to tell me through the speakers until I asked, even after I’d already checked in on the app. Ice cream was melted.

I just called at 10:36pm on Monday Night, June 16th 2025. Whoever is working, picked up the phone and put it down just to mute it. Thank you, this is after I already tried a different spot and they don't have ice cream. So I wanted to call beforehand and verify, but you have extremely disappointing customer service.

Drive up only for Happy Hour drinks from 2pm til 5:00pm
As soon as I drove into the drive-thru I got up to order and the guy told me to hold on I said okay! 10 almost 15 minutes pass as I'm sitting there I started saying hello hello nobody answered! I then said hello again in 5 minutes later someone comes to take my order I told them that I wanted a chili cheese beef hot dog combo I asked for my food to be fresh I waited another 15 minutes or so to actually get my food and I was the only one in line! As I'm sitting there I noticed that they're in there flirting playing with each other not being professional at all no wonder my food came out cold it does not take a long time to make a hot dog chili and cheese and fries but I was running late to go back to work so I just got my food and I left I literally work one block away from you guys my food was cold my fries were warm but my hot dog was cold that doesn't make any sense instead of hiring people that are going to play and make you lose customers you should be hiring people that are about their business and trying to get customers what they actually pay for! I literally am tired of going to Sonic and getting the same treatment every single time my food is never fresh it's always long Waits and there was no one in front of me so that doesn't make any sense especially if I'm waiting for fresh food and I get cold food instead this is not acceptable!

I don't know if they stopped filtering the water but my slush tastes like a swimming pool and my wife got an Oreo shake that was mostly vanilla ice cream. This Sonic is terrible, I would definitely avoid it.

Waited a long time for my online order .and look at the bottom bun of my supersonic bacon double cheeseburger I took no bite off of this bun this is how they served it out me. Completely un acceptable will not order from this location agin

The Sonic is ridiculous every time we go here it's something new. Last month every time we pulled up they were closed yet the employee was outside smoking a cigarette next to their car(an older mustang)this was around 8 AM Today My husband pulls u. They take his order and send him to the windows just to inform him that management just notified the employee that all of the ovens and fryers were still off. It's 8:00 in the morning and I'm not sure what's going on at this Sonic but they need to get their things together
