Just yesterday had a burger with Swiss on whole wheat. They did bring me that but…
The bun was charcoal blackened
Bottom bun was a circular crouton. Blackened on its face and solid, no softness through its whole.
The burger was way overcooked. Medium well retains some moisture, I was served a ground beef hockey puck very, very well done. No moisture left at all.
The Swiss cheese slice was virtually transparent, slightly thicker than a playing card.

First waitress was rude and I guess you always have to check the center of your fish when you order fish n chips. The center was still frozen.
don't order over the phone. they will never answer. owner probably has no idea how how terrible their employees are. also have been turned away an hour before they close. employees are more worried about getting off of work early.
