Spring Rollin'

Not really what I was expecting when asking for extra meat. Got the biggest size of everything else so pretty dissatisfied.

I walked into Spring Rollin and was greeted immediately! While waiting I was given a cup of water. The ordering was made easy and the food was delicious. Thank you to everyone at Spring Rollin!!

They only serve their food in styrofoam and to go even if you dine in. For that alone, I had no desire to eat here. My guest ordered and I paid for their $7.20 spring roll.

The staff was friendly, and I'd like them to succeed, but honestly, we were disappointed. The fresh spring rolls fell apart and were not a good value. The pho broth was average. There was absolutely not enough veggies. There are just a few tables that unfortunately were dirty and chairs uncomfortable.

Enjoyed the food. But was prepared too fast. I live on the other side of town. It said it would take 30-40 mins. Took them 15.

Great place with nice people! We had some pho and spring rolls and we were impressed with the flavors. A good selection of noodles and broth. We are definitely going back!! There were several of the egg rolls that we want to try.

Cons: My wife had a ton of meat, but mine only had a couple small pieces.. no not consistent. The dining room needs to be cleaned. The tables were dirty as is the dining area section of the prep table.

Hands down, some of the best pho I’ve had in New Mexico. I’ve never had pho in the drive thru, it was an awesome unique experience.
I’ll definitely be back to try the birria pho. The spicy lemon grass was also 10/10

I’ll admit I was a little skeptical about trying this place but wow I was impressed with their Pho. The beef broth was really delicious and their Banh mi was very good!

The service was really fast, and the workers were nice and friendly. I got Udon noodles with rare steak, all the veggies, in their spicy beef broth. This is literally the best pho I’ve had in my whole life, the broth was tasty and the noodles had quality.

I ordered online. They did not label the vegetarian pho broth and the beef broth. My boyfriend apparently "couldn't tell the difference" so I ended up tasting both to figure out which was which, even tho I've never eaten meat in my life. Also, they only sent 1 fork for 2 meals. When I figured out which one was the vegetarian one, the broth wasn't really flavored at all. After I added some of my own flavorings (soy sauce, sriracha, and chili crisp) it was very delicious. I loved all the healthy and fresh ingredients in it. Also the New Mexico egg rolls were pretty good. They had Mac and cheese, broccoli and green chile. They also provided sriracha packets which went good on the spring rolls.

I ate here this evening 07/11/24- the woman who helped me was a spring roll and egg roll artist! She was the kindest person who gave me great tips on what to get! I wish I would have gotten her name so I could have mentioned her personally! It really makes such a difference when you walk into a place where they greet you with a smile, give advice on what to order and are nice! I got the triple combo- 2 egg rolls (Philly steak and New Mexican) 2 spring rolls(fried tofu annd shrimp) and Pho with brisket and all available vegetables. DELICIOUS! OH- try the green chile sriracha sauce! YUM!
