They must have gotten a new employee because she hasn't gotten my order wrong ONCE! The only slight gripe I have is that inside was pretty cold.

We picked this place because it was close to home and pictures looks good! The broth was good as well as the noodles.....but...the shrimp was very disappointing...I love a good shrimp pho. This shrimp was not fresh it looked either cooked or marinated which is odd because I have never had marinated shrimp at any other authentic Vietnamese restaurant it's usually fully raw no marinade. The picture I included is exactly how they looked before I put them in the broth and after I thought they were ready I ate two and the both were very chewy and gamy

The food is great, service helpful, atmosphere for dining in is bare bones. But the food is wonderful with lots of choices. They have an app; recommend preordering before you get there.

I came in to deliver an order for Uber Eats and delivered the food warm in a food warmer. I gave excellent service and received a negative review from the merchant. I will not be delivering for them again. I called and asked to speak with someone and ask why I received a negative review and Crystal said she was to busy to answer my questions.

Worst pho broth I have ever had. I ordered from DoorDash and it was honestly inedible. Only, very sweet, a bit bitter, just absolutely disgusting. I will never trust this place again.

gave me half of a slice of jalapeño when i asked for the regular amount. added cilantro when i asked for none. can’t help but feel like it was intentional because why would there be only half of a single slice
