I really like Spring Rollin'! It's one of my favorite places after I discovered this business a few months ago. What I like about this shop is the freshly made, healthy food (they make it after you place your order), selection (hugeee variety of combinations/things you can customize for your meal, wonderful customer service and affordable prices. If anything, there's just so much selection for noodles, rolls, banh mi, etc that it can be quite overwhelming (but also can be good thing) to pick and choose what you want for everything you order). My other favorite is the grass jelly and soymilk drink! It's so good that I will probably order it every time I stop by this place. Overall, really wonderful place. I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area and looking for some good food!

I tried this restaurant recently for the first (and only) time. My friend ordered the rare beef pho and I ordered the vegetarian. I was a little put off that the server didn't change his gloves after handling the raw meat, and went straight into all the "fresh" veggies. We each ordered egg rolls, they all went into the same fryer (which I don't mind) but clearly they couldn't tell them apart after that. I bit into my "vegetarian" egg roll and there was a huge piece of pork in it *gag*. I haven't eaten meat in over 12 years, I lost my appetite immediately. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone that's concerned about cross contamination. Most our food went into the trash, super disappointing

Great variety of options with the build-your-own rolls to suit any dietary need. I had a chicken and a shrimp roll. Both were excellent! The cup of pho was decent for something quick. Service was friendly and helpful with recommendations. I will gladly recommend!

If you're looking for good spring rolls this is a perfect spot! The owner is always super hype and gives good recommendations based on what exactly you're looking for. I got the Shrimp toll with hot cheetos and peanut sauce, I was super skeptical about the hot cheetos but got it anyway and I was not disappointed!

Great customer service! Food was delicious and prices are reasonable. There are plenty of tables to sit at inside. There's also a drive through at the location next to cottonwood mall. That makes take out convenient. It a good place to grab a quick bowl of pho. The spring rolls alone are worth the trip.

I've heard of this place as I know the owner owns a couple of other places around town, I was in the area and wanted to try this place out. I had a major cup of pho which was great but I believe the staff that helped me was new. He didn't ask me what broth I wanted and automatically assumed I wanted the regular pho broth. I also ordered spring rolls and fried pork rolls which were good but the spring rolls weren't wrapped tight enough that by the second bite, it was falling apart. The staff didn't know that with the egg rolls, you get three rolls. When he rang up my order, he assumed I wanted the egg rolls and chips combo which I didn't but I let it be. The food is good and I enjoyed it! I just think the staff member was new and he was young so he might not have known everything.

Alexis is wonderful! She helped me do a order that fits in my Keto diet. Very nice and helpful! I will come here often because of her! And I will pass the word on to all my Keto friends and on the keto blogs!

This was that great sandwich place last time I was here, but it has to compete with Weck's next door. That's a hard thing to beat. I went for the pho, but stayed for the triple bombproof with a mini-pho, spring roll and egg roll. Everything is very fresh, and I kind of wish I'd ordered more pho because it was super delicious. I added jalapeños and lime. Mine came with rice noodles and my sister ordered the vermicelli noodles. We agreed it was delicious and kept eating. They serve Coke Zero, and a lot of different drinks. I came by later and ordered the banh mi. I was a bit disappointed. Not enough meat, but the bread was good. Order the pho.

These were the worst spring rolls I have ever had, the shrimp was tiny and rubbery!!the spring rolls were not staying together..And they were 14.00 dollars for two orders lol you can go to koda bakery and get twice the size for half the price!!!

The food was disgusting. Paid $18 for a side of chicken teriyaki no noodles. Barely any teriyaki flavoring. The spring rolls was wrapped in gross thin tissue. Unwrapped and the lettuce inside was fresh and tasty with the chili sauce. And crunchy sticks was good. But I wouldn't eat here again.

Spring Rollin' is certainly aptly named. Great spring rolls. We got the traditional, would recommend. What it is not is a vietnamese restaurant that serves banh mi. In fact, it is an embarrassment for them to even have it on the menu. Not blaming the employees though. They were certainly not set up for success with meek materials - spam for meat and the bread staler than subway breads. The employees are also not trained on how to make it - skimping on basic ingredients like cilantro, pickled vegetables, and jalapeno. All in all, I would say, stick to your strengths. Please don't promote false advertising. And, to everyone else. Don't get a banh mi. It's called spring rollin' for a reason.
