Spring Rollin’ Cottonwood

I ordered a bahn mi with beef and shrimp. I waited out in the pick up spot for maybe 10 minutes, then took it home. The sandwich had no beef, only shrimp, even though I paid for both. Still was reasonably tasty, but it’s literally half the size of at Coda Café in Albuquerque, which is arguably the best Vietnamese food in the country..

It's been well over a year since I've been through Albuquerque.And this place by far is even better than the last time...🥰🥰 At least ten dollars cheaper for two people than Almost any other.

Me and my girlfriend tried this place out recently and really liked it. I was tired of eating the same stuff burgers and pizza. I’m trying to stay healthy and I think this place is great. We were treated so nicely and it’s very clean.

Drove by this place wanting to stop for 5 months.
Finally was able to pop in and get an order of Tofu spring rolls …. They were quick, tasty and price was right

First time but will be back! Had pork fried egg rolls, very good and we had beef banh mi sandwiches. Sandwiches were very tasty but the bread wasn’t what I would expect on a banh mi. More of a roll than a crunchy bread … I’d still order another one. Great value. Wish they had a spicy tuna! We’ll try the pho next time.

Everything was great, but the food was reminiscent of what you’d find in a food court. Definitely fast casual food, and the pricing reflected that. Flavors were cohesive with what you’ve expect from hand made spring rolls. I think there needs to be some kind of draw to their menu that sets them apart from others, like adding spice levels or elevating the sauce or ingredients in their stir fried rice noodles.

Not very good, chicken was raw, veggies were most likely frozen and there for fried, broth tasted bland, over priced

Super disappointing. Noodle plate was a ridiculously small portion and the beef was dried out and tough.
Waste of money.

All the other Pho places close at like 7 and this one is open till 9. The menu is small, the Pho is great & the service is quick. It’s what you’d expect from a place with a Drive Thru people, be so for real.
I always order on DoorDash as well & it’s just as good. The Pho with brisket & beef broth is my absolute favorite.

Place was very delicious. The spring rolls are my absolute favorite. Everything was fresh. The customer service was amazing! We have been to a lot of different places around the city and used to live in the northwest where there is a lot of Vietnamese food. This is a great Albuquerque staple.

Love spring rolling and its concept always good but they have really hotter so skimpy on protein portions of spring rolls, seriously 3 tiny shrimp per spring roll? Used to get 5

First time here & I had no idea what to order. I was grateful for Olivia who helped me decide. I got the combo which was a little of everything ?? Everything was delicious ? It was a large amount of food so I will have dinner also????
