This Starbucks location needs to negotiate a better deal for their parking area. It is sending away paying customers because of the limit on parking time. Most if the spots were open and I was about to be written a ticket if I didn’t move.Baristas and service inside was great. Just didn’t like being forced out while there was plenty of open spaces.

The dude that worked alone for I don't know how long, in this Sunday afternoon, and managed the cashier and made the beverages all at the same time- YOU ARE A HERO! Just wanted to praise his ability to work in a hurricane speed and getting out orders all by himself and still be so nice at the cashier with a super costumer-service! KUDOS!

They've had WiFi issues for a while. Panhandlers all around outside the store. Not the best safe place for students it should be.
Very friendly and peaceful place for taking a rest and meeting friends. As working in UNM, this is a great place for me to buy drinks and meet friends.

My FAVORITE Starbucks in all of Albuquerque. I love all their baristas. They’re quick to memorize your order, are amazing to chat with, and efficient with getting orders out. Always a pleasant experience.

Phenomenal customer services. The best in Albuquerque in a long while! As soon as I walked in one of the employees made me feel super welcomed. He kept a conversation with me the entire time he made my breakfast wrap. I didn't get his name but he had blonde hair. He deserves a raise. Also, I love the interior of this place as well. It's extremely clean.
