Evidently they have “green tea and black tea.” Cool. I drove up and the woman seemed so thoroughly confused by my question. It was the most bizarre interaction I’ve had in a long time. I’m still baffled that she had no clue what teas were and what types or how to describe them. Just bizarre. But they have “green tea and black tea” if you have a hankering.

Don’t recommend this location. They offer things on their menu but don’t have much in stock. Also the drive thru design doesn’t let anyone exit once you enter so if you order nothing you have to wait in a line either way

Usually this is my spot for coffee Sundays before church. Today I stopped to get a grande caramel Frappuccino line the bottom with extra caramel sauce. When I received my order the caramel sauce was on the top. I told the girl the order was wrong. My daughter was inside ordering and because they got my order wrong the girl was throwing cups. I got my drink and there was more caramel sauce then coffee. A waist of my time and my money. When I got my drink I did say thank you and the girl didn't respond. I will not be coming back to this location. Staff was rude and could have handle this is situation better.

Yeah! So this morning I made a stop at this Starbucks loaction. The drinks & food was great, the atmosphere was good but service wasn't that friendly as you would expect from Starbucks and what it's known for having friendly faces the most. Also, I noticed on my 1 hour + in the store, nobody was sent to clean up the tables, pick up the garbages visible on the floor at least and/or straighten the chairs customers leave out of places when they are done. I know they are super busy from time to time but there are also "down times" between they can be proactive and do what they need to do to keep the store cleaner, neat, nice & welcoming for the next customers. This store has the potencial to be a 4.5 to 5 stars store but it needs a better management. What I saw in the store they are needing somebody with better leadership or the current one(s) be retrained again.... This is why I give it 3 stars! Maybe next time I visit, I get to see an improvement and maybe I change my mind and give them 4 to 5 stars.

Me and my husband came in this morning and they were empty inside and about 6 employees, not one approached us as we came in. We waited forever to helped and again they were EMPTY....the service was RUDE and the Frappuccinos were mediocre. Someone needs to retrain or restart this location
