In an out. Grande Blond roast with cranberry snack bar + tip = worth it. The cranberry snack bar was pretty. Definitely reccoment that.
Bathrooms here at this location are clean and am always greeted when I walk in so that’s always a plus! Wrote “I love you so matcha” on my beverage, made my day.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly over the past year, and Kristin consistently makes the best coffee to start my mornings. She’s personable, kind, and always brings such a positive energy - it truly makes a difference having such a pleasant experience first thing in the day. Honestly, Kristin deserves some recognition (and maybe a raise!). She’s an absolute gem.

Ordered a simple venti dark roast. Served cold, not even warm. Poor quality control. They did happily replace it after brewing new.

Odd mood in this Starbucks. One very grumpy appearance behind the counter, and one who had a very hard time taking a simple order - almond milk iced chai... I got a coconut milk hot chai. Close, sorta, but not, ya know? They fixed it with a cold coconut chai, which I'm left to assume is the dairy free option in the box for chai. They never said. Anyway, weird. The grilled cheese was tasty.

I just wanna say thank you to the Starbucks on Rio Grande for being generous and considerate on a day that I lost my boyfriend. I lost my mother on the same day so they made the drinks really special. Thank you.
Always great and so nice! Thank you for being reliable and a place I enjoy to go to!

Young lady with very long, pink braids was absolutely wonderful. Best service possible. Accommodating for my family, quick service, and perfect orders. 👌 She's management material. Give her a raise before she realizes she's too good for Starbucks.

This place: Awesome!
Right as I entered I could feel the swagger of the employees and customers radiating! Holy smokes! I ordered a drink (an Americano of course) and I couldnt help but to gawk at the expertise i witnessed during the creation of my drink. Much like Victor Frankenstein when creating his monster, i was met with an ungodly amazment and could barley muttle out my words. The drink itself tasted like a billion heavens entering my mouth. The baristas know what they doing, Raises for all!

I usually don’t post reviews, but our experience at this Starbucks was upsetting and needs to be shared. From the moment we arrived, the employees were unwelcoming and dismissive. We are Hispanic, and the uncomfortable stares and lack of basic courtesy from the staff made us feel like we didn’t belong.
Things escalated when my 3-year-old daughter let out a scream, as toddlers sometimes do. I immediately asked her to quiet down. Despite there being only one other customer in the store, an employee named Kenley asked us to leave. It felt unnecessary, harsh, and frankly discriminatory.
As a family just trying to enjoy a coffee break during our roadtrip back to Texas, we were treated with a lack of respect and basic human decency.
Starbucks claims to stand for inclusion and community, but this experience was the exact opposite. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed properly.
I would file a complaint with the manager but I’ve seen his response to reviews so I will call corporate instead.
