The cashier this morning made it an issue for me to purchase a coffee. Made me jump through hoops wouldn't accept my card number with out physical card and told me I couldn't be sitting in her lobby all day when I simply asked to sit and transfer my money. She then threw me out and every one was still miserable in that store I simply don't appreciate the social bias or discrimination due to social status. I am taking this higher. Don't go there if your not dressed for success or you too will suffer the verbal abuse and defining criticism. I'm distraught

We unfortunately showed up before the lobby was open, and because we had a moving truck could not go through the drive thru. The employees were very kind and offered to take our mobile order and brought it to the door for us.

The area around this location isn't that great, homeless encampment. But inside this location the employees are very friendly and inviting, utilize the drive through. Always check your surroundings!

Starbucks on Eubank, fast& convenient. Except there's individual (s) who stand out begging for change/ anything . Homeless standing at drive up area. Be careful, keep your windows up and door locked when ordering at drive up.

Ive never got denied a venti ice, only to give me a grande ice half full. After purchasing a drink. This same guy (more heavy set) (Hispanic, not sure) did the same thing the other day but gave me a venti ice half full. I don’t knw his problem but I’ve never had a problem with Starbucks esp being a regular for years.
