The young lady working there on Tuesday afternoon (veterans day) was amazing! I ordered a mocha but they were out so she offered a white mocha and even assured me if I didn't like it to let her know. It was the best drink I've gotten at Starbucks in a while! She was awesome and super nice. Great customer service!

This Starbucks is usually pretty good, but the employees working the evening shift on 8/22 were rude and acted like they could care less about the customers that were waiting. Not to mention the guy making the drinks kept touching his hair and didn't wash them. It'll be a while before I go to this Starbucks again.

I got 2 Caramel Machiatto ice coffee they are totally tasted bad no express coffe were added, the employee were very friendly the first time I got asked if I want whole milk or 2 %, in mi ice coffee, he Needs to know how to make the proper Machiatto ice coffe

I typically go to the Starbucks on Montgomery every day, I stopped by here July 7 at 6:40 for a change and wanted to cry with how rude the guy was. I waited at the counter while he restocked drinks, I wasn’t upset at this. Then, the man at the counter reluctantly took my order. I then asked to get my typical drink but decaffeinated due to a sensitivity. The man acted very inconvenienced by this so I just didn’t get a drink for myself, and paid for the person that was with me instead. After he made his drink, he threw it onto the counter and walked away. I have no idea why this behavior was prompted but I am not gonna go back to this Starbucks.I felt like an inconvenience for ordering here.
