Nice employees, good drinks, and a pretty quick drive-thru. Parking lot can be a bit crowded. One thing I will say about their drinks is that they actually mix them! Most Starbucks’ locations just put in ice, then ingredients, and put the lid on. This place mixes them so they’re always fully combined.

Disgusting. In making and serving the drink they get their dirty hands all over the coffee lids. I've complained to Headquarters two times now. Nothing has changed. In fact, this morning I got a coffee lid with a hair on it. I'm done with Starbucks. Oh, just fyi: this is hardly the only Starbucks' with bad sanitation practices. smh Think about it: only 1 in 3 employees wash their hands after using the bathroom (that's an average of ALL businesses that provide food and drinks), and then Starbucks' employees put their palms on your coffee lids (to secure the lid to the coffee container). If you don't believe me, next time you're in Starbucks, just stand back and watch. A fellow customer says that's why she buys only cold drinks -- she can use a straw.

My regular Starbucks at Eubank and Candelaria is being remodeled, and I have been trying to find another location to frequent. I'm an orphan looking for a new home. Unfortunately, this location does not make me feel welcome. I've been there several times, and no one says hi or welcome in. The only ones that have made conversation are Ed? and Paisley. I've seen two of my regular baristas there, but it's a hit or miss seeing them. I miss the wonderful people working at Eubank and Candelaria and greeting me every time I walk in and can't wait for it to reopen. I've also tried the Juan Tabo and Indian School location with the same issue. Eubank has the best vibe ever, and this makes it the best location to visit everyday!!!

Baristas are always friendly, my coffee is always made perfectly.
This is my favorite Starbucks on this side of town. They always fast and your order is always ready for pickup on both drive through and indoor pick up. They have free wifi and restrooms if you need to remotely work or if you need to study. It's nice and cozy inside throughout the year. The staff is super fiend and helpful. Drinks are always made according to the recipe compared to other places.

This is my daily fix...the barristas are all so friendly. I look forward to seeing them every day. This is my 'Cheers' and I love being one of the likely many 'Norms!'. I'm sure I'm not the only one they know by name or whose drink they know by heart. I love this place.
