This particular SB used to be the best one in the city (imho). Lately it's become as bad as all the others. The employees are nice -- but good luck getting your coffee the way you ordered it. Even if there is no one else in line at the drive-thru (meaning that they are not busy) -- you won't get your coffee the way you order it. I need to find another coffee shop. smh PS: I often don't have time to have the employees remake it. Other times there is a line of cars behind me, and they shouldn't have to wait.

Horrible place. I bought 2 pack of whole coffee beans and asked to be ground to espresso and Turkish. The young man gave me 2 packs of coffee ground to coarser than a drip coffee ground size and he labelled them as espresso and Turkish ground size. They are so underpaid and Starbucks doesn't even provide the basics. No wonder why the coffee is always tast like water and inconsistent between days.

I ordered my drink with 2 ounces of coconut milk. The barista told me she had no way of measuring that and I got my 12 ounce drink which was like 8 ounces of coconut milk. Do they not teach measurements in American schools?

Every Wednesday I take my daughter to Starbucks for the fanciest coffee. She has 5 kids and it's a real treat for her. Thanks Starbucks for the kind of expensive but good drinks.
