Best Starbucks in town! Friendly employees and they make the yummy coffee. Today, I placed a mobile order. But I couldn't go in to get it because my son didn't want to go in. I can't leave him in the car by himself. Brian brought the coffee out to me. He's awesome! Best customer service!

This Starbucks has a price increase compared to other Starbucks around town. If you are up for paying about $0.50-0.75 more for your usual coffee, then go here. I have a usual and it was $0.60 more here than any other location.

I'm the only person in the store. I ordered a latte, she said it would be up in a minute. I went and sat down and waited about 10 minutes and went up and it's sitting on the counter. She couldn't have just said your coffee is ready, or called my name?? The staff is too busy yacking and laughing to pay attention. Ugh.

Most of all the service and the atmosphere. Not all heroes wear capes , some of them wear green aprons and the drive-through headset. I stopped at this location today and the service that I received from Anna was 238%. Way above and beyond.

Ridiculous. They were out of the food we ordered. They have in the past refunded me my cash for a mobile order but refused to this time. I only loaded my starbucks card with my cc for these items I don't want starbucks credit? Are you kidding. And then they made my drink wrong. Figure out consistency. Don't give me cash back for items if you can't do that all the time.

Starbucks is turning into an absolute joke they're obviously struggling the people suck the prices suck the product sucks this is by far the worst location I've ever been to everybody in the building is highly incompetent I'll stick to the one on Montgomery who is the one babysitting these adult children whoever is in charge needs to step in and make some serious changes
