Consistently the worst Starbucks experience around. On my way to work so convenient but they consistently mess up my order. How hard is a medium hot green tea with honey. If yoou complain, they tell you to drive around to the back of the drive thru line so they can fix your order. They are now asking for a minimum $1 tip on their app ($1 tip on a $3 cup of tea - seriously!!) before you pay, and will not issue you your points even when you ask and present your phone app. They never issue a receipt but the only way you can get your points is if you show them your physical receipt of payment. Such a scam. 6 years of giving this location a chance, consistently a bad experience so now I go to a different store even though it is out of the way.

Contact corporate and avoid this location! Management here always overlooks the problems. Another location that’s a waste of time and money. Wait in line over 30 minutes at drive-thru and then get told they don’t accept cash at this time or have change for $20 or $50. They want business yet can’t value their worth. Plus, they need some new employees. The woman at drive-thru is very unprofessional, inexperienced and bluntly rude.

Unsanitary. Barista touched her hair, the counter, the pay machine, cash and the computer. Then took the sriracha with her bare hand and put it in with the food directly. During the flu season, I might add. I went inside to not hold up the line. They remade the sandwich, but when I asked for the sriracha, they miraculously ran out of ALL of it. Not the kind of unprofessionalism I was expecting at such a popular place. I want upset with the whole situation until they decided to lie about being out of sauce for something as simple as them being unsanitary.

Is it just me or does the Mango Dragon Fruit taste like there are chemicals added into the mix. I usually get my MDF with Lemonade and extra bits of dragon fruit. It's hard to tell if its the ice, or the drink it self. Lately, particularly at this location, I've come by on different occasions and the first sip is like drinking soap & water or SOME KIND of chemical. Doesn't taste anything like before, refreshing. I'm sad because I really loved this drink and now Im scared to order it again.

AND PLEASE, SB Management... I dont want a reply from Management on here saying "we are sorry for the bad experience, you can call our customer service.... BLAH BLAH BLAH
I said what I said and hopefully no one else will have to experience the same thing.
