Had a bathroom emergency while pregnant and I couldn’t use the restroom without a purchase. Also was feeling sick and couldn’t have a water without a purchase.

Went by this Starbucks expecting great service and timely drink at maybe noon o’clock. Unfortunately the manager working was extremely rude. Not well tempered and displayed unprofessional manners. She gave me a fake name to report her by. It was like Jessica or something of the sort. However I have gone in before and know that her name is Deja. Very unfortunate. Hopefully this inspires some change.

Great Barista and Manager! Didn’t mind when I pulled open the locked front door and even had me wait inside while they made my drink, after the lobby was closed. Very clean facility and great latte!
