Came to get coffee and study a bit, the music was too loud to study, the place was not very clean, 3 other customers in the store with the tables not wiped. I guess this spot is only good to go through the drive through.
Staff member at drive thru this morning was not well trained on how to reload a Starbucks card and charge for a purchase. I asked to reload my card for $40. He did that but also charged my purchase to my credit card causing me to not get my Triple points for this order. When I questioned him he told me I would get the points. Wrong!!
I tried to call the store so they could explain the process so he doesn't do this to anyone else but of course no one...
