I regularly go to this starbucks and they usually get everything perfect and move the drive thru line as quickly as they can. Unfortunately, this morning, i ordered a tall psl and a turkey pesto sandwhich, which in total i paid $14, the sandwich was around $7. Once i got the sandwich (which i usually get) it had no turkey, just bread, pesto, and tomato. I know that their food is usually frozen and or premade, but i am still disappointed in the company for shipping products that are not correctly made. I wasted $7 for a sandwich without meat, i only paid for the sandwich for the meat and would’ve told the employees but was in a morning rush. I am incredibly disappointed, especially even submitting this review because the employees are generally respectful and patient and they get my coffee perfect every time.

Pumpkin season is finally here!! So I had to try the pumpkin muffin and I was in luck since it was there last one they had for the day!! It was so yummy and of course I had to get a pumpkin spice frap! My husband wanted to try something new so I got him the mango dragon fruit and he loves it! All in all food and drinks were amazing, the store was clean and the staff super friendly!!

I've only recently become a coffee drinker so I'm still learning about the many different drinks. I came in here for my birthday drink and I was greeted by a very friendly person at the counter. She helped me use my Starbucks app since I'm not that familiar with it and even made a drink recommendation that I went with. I got the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold brew and it was delicious! This is a great location and I highly recommend coming here

Didn’t have time to ask the baristas to remake my drink. But it was my brown sugar shaken espresso. Just drank it cause I needed the caffeine. Tasted kinda like the grounds of watered coffee.

I know it's not the responsibility of the particular location, but y'all CANNOT advertise an oat milk drink without making it EXPLICITLY clear that there is DAIRY in it .. I should have asked, but I shouldn't have to because it's implied that it's oat milk! I feel like I'm going to vomit after that, someone with an allergy could have a reaction, and it's generally terrible practice to put it in the "fine print." Ridiculous.
Dietary restrictions: Horrible attention to dairy free options, hardly any vegan food options.

Tried again a year later.. still slow and wrong service. Gave me someone else's order then had to wait another 15 min for two items when no one else was ahead of me still.

Tried this location twice.. got a dirty chai that basically tasted like milk for $8. Second time got a drip coffee that was not hot and tasted old and gross. For the price and brand name you expect quality and consistency. The staff was very nice but that's the only good thing about this store.

Asked for a tall Frappuccino for a child, so no coffee. Lady made it decaf and argued, saying it had no coffee. I said I asked for a small child so you would figure she would have understood. The management was great about handling the situation
This location "was" a great place for a tasty concoction but it has dropped in customer and timely service. Had to wait 20 minutes past my estimated pickup time, not super busy by any means like how the better stores get at other locations. And the drink ordered wasn't even close to what was placed through the app. Too late to turn around, once out the door and on my way for other business. In all regards, it was a freebie but should a drink be wrong even if I only used my accumulated stars, it's the same as a form of payment and 200 stars takes some time to acquire!? The Paseo location is under renovation and will open soon but not soon enough?

Today I went through the drive through and got my drink. My drink was bitter and not what it was supposed to be. I called and Sean assured me I could come in and get it remade so I did! Then my remake was the exact same way horribly bitter and not what it was supposed to be. No fault to Sean here he did a wonderful job in helping me out and his concern was genuine. However my drinks both times were not good which is why I have to give them 3 stars if the drink was on point it would’ve been a 5 star review all the way. Sean is wonderful and helped me out today with a smile on his face!

So good!! Employees are nice but the atmosphere CAN get loud when it gets busy. Avoid rush hours if you need to concentrate. I always come here to study after work and it’s so comforting
