3 x in a row I’ve gone through the drive through and ordered oatmeal. They consistently forget to add a spoon, even after I remind them. When this happens, the customer has to find parking, get out of their car, go inside and wait in line to request a spoon. This practice defeats the purpose of going through the drive through. Not sure why there’s a lack of attention to detail and what’s worse is the apathy when you explain in person that they forgot the spoon.

i work at 830 got here at 8:10 to spare some time because I know they get busy. They messed my drink up and said they’d remake it after 5 mins I asked if my remade drink was ready to which they responded “what remake? oh yeah let me start that”. so i was late for work despite giving these guys extra time

I will never come back to this incredibly rude Starbucks again. For quick context, **this photo is showing you all how a nitro cold brew is supposed to be poured by your store on academy and tramway.**. This is NOT from your store.
This store does not know how to pour a nitro coffee. They have it to me with half foam. They tried to explain to me like I haven’t been ordering these since they first come out. Initially there appears to be more foam, but after it settles, half the cup shouldn’t be foam.
I will say, the shift lead was very nice and polite and so was the person who took my pay. I sent back the drinks.. But all the staff in the back speaking loudly “that’s just how they pour” and the person who decided to butt in, shake her head at me, and declare “THEN I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU”, .. who even are you? What did you have to do with this transaction and why are you yelling? well here’s what I tell you. Learn how to pour a drink, and at very least, don’t yell at your customers!

I go at 05:30 most mornings but after the last few times I’m not coming back. I always use the drive through on the way to work, the last two times I’ve gone the drinks have felt lighter and have not been full… my medium is more like a small. I also was not given receipts so I was not able to do anything about it when I contacted Starbucks directly.

I am amazed by this morning staff but it want to make a notable mention about barista Lavato. This location it’s always busy but Lavatos attention to detail and personal touch on every cup and interaction truly makes a difference in the morning hustle and bustle from remembering customers names faces, and always taking a moment to ask about everyone’s day while staying attentive to the drinks and orders in front of him it was truly a pleasure to witness.

My sandwich had mold on it so that’s just disgusting. Genuinely why would you ever serve that to someone.
I regularly go to this starbucks and they usually get everything perfect and move the drive thru line as quickly as they can. Unfortunately, this morning, i ordered a tall psl and a turkey pesto sandwhich, which in total i paid $14, the sandwich was around $7. Once i got the sandwich (which i usually get) it had no turkey, just bread, pesto, and tomato. I know that their food is usually frozen and or premade, but i am still disappointed in the company for shipping products that are not correctly made. I wasted $7 for a sandwich without meat, i only paid for the sandwich for the meat and would’ve told the employees but was in a morning rush. I am incredibly disappointed, especially even submitting this review because the employees are generally respectful and patient and they get my coffee perfect every time.

Pumpkin season is finally here!! So I had to try the pumpkin muffin and I was in luck since it was there last one they had for the day!! It was so yummy and of course I had to get a pumpkin spice frap! My husband wanted to try something new so I got him the mango dragon fruit and he loves it! All in all food and drinks were amazing, the store was clean and the staff super friendly!!

I've only recently become a coffee drinker so I'm still learning about the many different drinks. I came in here for my birthday drink and I was greeted by a very friendly person at the counter. She helped me use my Starbucks app since I'm not that familiar with it and even made a drink recommendation that I went with. I got the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold brew and it was delicious! This is a great location and I highly recommend coming here

Didn’t have time to ask the baristas to remake my drink. But it was my brown sugar shaken espresso. Just drank it cause I needed the caffeine. Tasted kinda like the grounds of watered coffee.
